The only thing worth mentioning - and this is completely outside the restaurant's control - is that they aren't able to serve espresso drinks because there's a Starbucks in the shopping center. They have cold brew and plenty of other delicious drinks. I order the chai latte every time because it was that good - I only wish it came in a larger size! If you're craving an espresso-based drink, grab one from Starbucks beforehand, and Beautiful Day is perfectly happy for you to bring it inside. Overall, I can't recommend Beautiful Day enough. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich with a potato bun, it was a sizable piece of chicken perfectly fried with delicious sauce and crispy lettuce. My husband got the breakfast hash and added sausage. He was a HUGE fan of the coveted 'Mami' sauce. I also got an oj mimosa with our brunch, which hit the spot. We both really enjoyed our meals, and as an added benefit, it's all made with good clean ingredients so you feel good after eating as well. I'm thinking, man I didn't even bring my lunch. I have no idea what's in Indio other than it being scorching hot! So I get to the spot where I'm working. I start looking online. I get to Andy's burgers #4. Now any place that has a number after it has to be good. Where I live it's Tams burgers. So at first I look at the menu I want to get a double bacon cheeseburger then as I pulled up, I saw burritos from 14 dollars, then I saw a beef burrito for 8.99. Heck with that price I'll get 2. I asked a nice lady on the other end of the loudspeaker what comes in the beef burrito she said ground beef beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, and cheese. That was a perfect combination. I I pull up to the window. She has me two good size burritos. Let me let me jump back a little bit. I drop my card and she said don't worry about it. I'll come by and pick it up. I said no no I got it, gave her my card. She gave me the burritos. She asked me if I wanted fresh salsa or the packets. I said what are the packets she said del Sol, I asked what is the fresh red or green? She said red, I said I'll take the fresh. I was on my way back to the spot where I can eat. I took a bite into the burrito , put some red salsa on it , Flavor for Sure!! The picture below only has one burrito because I literally just smashed the first one for my lunch. They got a ton of food options. There's a bathroom located in the back that looks like a single private bathroom but the door leads to another room with multiple stalls.
