A someone else came in and then they sat me somewhere else and immediately started on the other group leaving me to sit for about 15-20 minutes. When they finally started, they grabbed a random acrylic nail and shoved it under the dip pulling it off my real nail. It was awful. They did not soften them at all. Everything else was okay but I left with my nails sharp and unevenly shaped; and it was quite overpriced for the service I received. Especially since the place I usually go to is way cheaper and waaay better service.

My manicurist did my nails while I was also getting my pedi. My nails are very thin, brittle, split easily and grow somewhat curved but they were both able to make them look so pretty!
