I was nearby getting a haircut when I decided to stop in for a quick eyebrow wax. BIG mistake. The girl working on me butchered my brows. Like, I was in tears when I left they looked so bad. Maybe if she had paid more attention to her customer than whoever she was on the phone with she wouldn't have done such a bad job. Brow line was moved up over my brow and looks patchy, cut super short so I can't even brush it. I can't fix it because there's not enough left. No arch to it, either. Plus when I asked for a lip wax she waxed my LOWER lip? I have never, in the 20+ years I've been waxing, had anyone try to wax my lower lip. She also dang near ripped skin off my upper lip because she wasn't paying ANY attention to where she was putting wax. This was the WORST waxing experience I've ever had. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this location. I very much dislike places when the staff exchange conversations loudly in a foreign language across the room, and you know they are talking about the customers. I came to remove gel and replace with regular color. They definitely took short-cuts and thinned out my nail to "speed up" the process. They have oooooollllld nail polish that really needs to be discarded, but they keep adding acetone to give it a "second/third" life. My cheap polish wreaked of chemicals for two days before I flew back home and removed it right away! Ugh. Will not return even for an emergency fix. read more

I was absolutely uncomfortable during this entire time. A lady told me I should leave and save my money when I got there but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. While I was there the lady was rude and had an attitude towards me. She made me sit in the back by myself and did my nails back there which was uncomfortable because I have a bad back I have scoliosis and it's very painful for me to sit in a uncomfortable position so she can do my nails while I'm getting my feet done. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO PAY BEFORE she finished doing my nails. They also made my nails so thin as soon as I put my shoe on my toe nail broke. I had to go to Walmart and buy some glue to glue back on. Keep in mind it hasn't even been 5 hours yet since I've left the salon. I will not be going back. read more

Prices are decent. Me and my mother in law went in for a refill and a new set this past weekend. We told them the shape we wanted them and it's like we got ignored. My nails aren't even and the same. Some are more round and some are more square! I would not recommend this place for nails. They do offer other services. read more

I decided to try a new plaice since my tech wasn't available. I am allergic to lavender and need big toes trimmed on the sides so they don't become ingrown. They placed me with a tech that knows zero English. Then they place me with a millennial. I have worked at a salon before and pretty sure the young woman doing my pedicure wasn't licensed because she had to ask for help twice and eventually the owner (I believe) came to finish. Hardly any massage on my feet or legs, the whole thing was rushed and the right and left foot look different. The left side toenails were buffed before polish and cuticles were trimmed. Right foot no buffing, no trimmed cuticles. As a licensed nail tech, these are basics that should be known. I will call the board to make sure everyone has their license because this was ridiculous. read more

Will never be coming back! My nails are all bubbly and uneven! My hands don't look similar in the slightest! The lady rushed and kept taking my nails out of the uv light early which is part of why they look bubbly. They're just awful, now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix them. read more

Got my eyebrows waxed here and they did such a great job!!!! Minimal pain and my eyebrows were barely red after I left. Usually they're puffy and red for the next hour after I leave the salon. Would 10/10 recommend. Only $7 too! Wow. Definitely go here for your waxing. read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. these are the worst nails i've ever got. the lady was rude to me and my design looks horrendous and my nails are uneven. i even asked the lady to not do the design at the bottom of the ghost but did anyways and ruined the nails aready more than they were. these were the worst nails i've ever got and i would hope to god you would never go here after you see my nails. read more

Great location. But, the quality isn't the best. I'm very picky about my nails and I wasn't pleased but desperate. The owner doesn't do a good job on painting the nails, the fill is ok. She does an ok job waxing the eye brows. Cheap prices, but not good enough. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Don't let their niceness fool you their products are old and their skills are sub par. I came her to get a full set done and not only were the nails thick, uneven, and crooked but they were lifting and falling off the next day. I usually just soak off my nails if I don't like the set. However, I returned 3 times to have them fix my nails (to show them their mistake) and still they were messed up. This place almost made me get a nail infection due to their lazy attempts at rigging my nails instead of just redoing them. My friend and my neighbor also had similar experiences, if I could give this place NEGATIVE 50 STARS...I would!!! read more
