Brow line was moved up over my brow and looks patchy, cut super short so I can't even brush it. I can't fix it because there's not enough left. No arch to it, either. Plus when I asked for a lip wax she waxed my LOWER lip? I have never, in the 20+ years I've been waxing, had anyone try to wax my lower lip. She also dang near ripped skin off my upper lip because she wasn't paying ANY attention to where she was putting wax. This was the WORST waxing experience I've ever had. Will never go back.

Today, I left work early so I could arrive before 3:00 p.m. specifically to take advantage of the promotion. After my services were finished, I was told my eyebrows didn't qualify. The explanations kept changing. One employee said the promotion only applies to manicures and pedicures. Another said it only applies to "full services," but couldn't clearly define what that meant. Neither explanation matches the sign outside, which simply says "50% off second service of equal or lesser value." It doesn't mention "full services" or list any exclusions. I paid the full price because I wasn't going to argue over it, but I also didn't leave a tip. The amount I expected to save on the advertised promotion was what I would have tipped. If the policy has changed, that's completely the business's right. But the advertising should be updated, and every employee should be giving customers the same explanation. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, this experience was disappointing enough that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
