This place doesn't give you any water at all for the washers. My load was about 70% full and after six minutes of starting the washer, still I didn't have enough water. I came here today washed my white expensive down comforter blanket. I used the machine after someone and apparently I got mud over my blanket. The worker wanted me to rewash the blanket but I do not have time for that or any extra money on me to rewash the blanket. She refused to give me the form to fill out to rewash my blanket. This place has a mix of different size machines and prices are pretty good. Place is clean and there was an attendant to help out. Attendant even helped put softener in my machine as I put too much soap. Clothes came out clean and dry. Would definitely come again read more

This place is not cool they close up when ever they want to suppose to close at 10 pm the stupid lady closed at 9:30 pm with my clothes in the dryer and thanks to her I'm reporting this place and I'm going to see to it that they get charged a fine for false advertising .My husband can't go to work at 4 am because of this place closing when they wanna go home just lazy and don't wanna work closed at 9:30 when closing time is 10 pm . read more

This isn't my first choice laundromat. It's perpetually crowded, rarely clean & every time I come here I seem to find at least one machine that has the display break halfway through my wash. The one by big lots about a mile south is much nicer. They boast having over 50 dryers but they're mostly small ones & the folding stations are barely large enough to fit a laundry basket. I had to wait for a dryer & I had to wait for a place to fold which doubled my time there. Parking can also be difficult. read more

This place is gross. They overcharge you, absolutely no employees to be found, not enough carts for their customers, and the place is a complete mess. There's powder, liquid and detergent everywhere.. if someone were to slip and fall, they'd most likely hold responsibility for it. There's also signs of warning people not to sit in the benches because they're not secured... what the hell? There supposed to be Wi-Fi here.. but there's no password anywhere.. and if there are no employees working here, how WOULD you get the password? Don't even try going here. read more

Use to be my go to place at 6 am Saturday or Sunday. Doors always opened on time. Last week was waiting at door at 6 am and doors never opened. I was dumb enough to go back Sunday thinking Saturday was a fluke. Waited for 20 min and never got in on either day. Time to find more reliable place that opens that the time door sign says it opens. This morning's experience was HORRIBLE!!!! My first time coming to this place. I scoped it out the other night. I actually got out of my car and went inside. I knocked on the door and this Asian man was very nice and explained to me that this place is very safe and clean. I told him I will be back and will start coming here to do my laundry. This morning, I came I started to put quarters in the machine and I noticed that it keeps jamming. I then called the # that's displayed on the door. A man answered the phone, I told him my issue then he said he will be here in 3 minutes. He came, I showed him the machine that was jamming my coins. He then said, I should listen when or if I hear the coin drops. I told him again that this is my first time here. I told him to just pls fix the machine so that another customer will not have the same problem in the future. I was even addressing him as "sir". Then he told me that if I don't like here to leave and don't come back. I was Flabbergasted on the way he took a posture at me and the tone of his voice was utterly unacceptable. He then gave me another machine to wash my clothes.. I asked him what about the detergent that I had already put in the machine as well as the softener?.. His response to me was I can't help you on that. I asked for the name and number of the owner of this place. He refused to give it to me. He even asked me what if someone ask you to get my mgr at the place I work at. I immediately told him that I am a healthcare worker and that I am glad to get my mgr so that I can correct any concerns and that I want to do better in the future. He left, then a lady that was also doing her laundry came up to me and thank me for speaking to him the way I did because she said that he talks to the customers that way as if it is ok.. He is a BULLY! She said that he belittles women and that he is very disrespectful. Then he comes back attempted to say he is sorry BUT his sorry also came with a but. I stopped him immediately and I told him that if he is going to apologize then be sincere about it. Don't tell me you're sorry then in the same sentence to tell me that It's my fault that I should listen when the coin drops. How was I supposed to know that if I have never been here before?. He then start to come at me and he at this point is pointing his fingers at my face. I then said I need to call the cops because now I am feeling threatened. He yelled at me and said BE QUIET and he left. I went to 14851 Washington cross street is I believe Braddock in the city of San Leandro. The maintenance man (drives a black 4 door car) gray shoulder length curly hair. The maintenance person that I had encountered is VERY RUDE, a BULLY and a poor excuse of a man. Launderland owner, you cannot have a person that works for your company and degrades and insult your customers. He needs to go to an "emotional intelligence" class". He is an embarrassment to your company. He is making you LOOK VERY BAD. You cannot have that kind of employee work for you. How many people has he encountered and made them feel less than. Horrible washers and dryers are overpriced, Chinese worker literally swept my hamper and foot without saying excuse me . Washer was broken and they did not start a new machine for me because of their error instead they made me pay another 5.50 to rewash my clothes . I come to this place all the time. Some machines maybe out o order but it's typically the older ones. New dryers have been put in and they added two more of the giant washers. The place is typically clean and the workers are friendly. read more

I come here because these are cleaner than the washer/dryer that are in my apartments. The lady that works there is pretty good about making sure the place is well kept and also keeps an eye out for people looking to steal clothes. You do have to come at a certain time because its usually busy. read more
