They decided that NO one needs ACCESS after 3:45PM ON SUNDAY! The voicemail message says 5:45 but there is a little sign by the gate keypad that says 3:45. Sorry if you packed up a load or wanted to get your stuff and called to check hours. Sucks to be you. It's asinine! It's not like someone has to be there to "man the gate" someone just made a stupid, decision. Customers be damned. It's not worth the cost or convenience unless you are doing a "one time" load. Otherwise go a little farther for better quality, value and ACCESS!

Stuf Storage is about what we were looking for in a storage company…read more The Walnut Creek location of Stuf is very clean and I was able to move in and later drop off items at the unit easily. The biggest neutral is as another reviewer said, Walnut Creek's location is not accessible, as it only has stairs to the space while the Oakland location has a lift. However I found the Oakland location much harder to navigate (dark) and a lot less clean. A few things to note about Stuf are that the process of signing up is not smooth and they now require a move out photo, subject to a $150 fee, which isn't listed in the sign up documentation. However I could see this location of Stuf being useful if you stay in Walnut Creek regularly or rent out your home, as it's close to BART and several of the local hotels. All in all, we've been very pleased with the company and would definitely recommend them to those needing something walking distance to downtown, but would prefer if they had more of a membership/pod set-up where you're given the ability to switch locations and turn off and on your tenancy.

She is very committed to doing what she can to keep the lot secure and genuinely cares about managing the business. Last month, I was sitting waiting for my turn to exit the gate as someone was entering. After the vehicle entered, another vehicle snuck in before the gate closed and drove around the truck that opened the gate. There is a strict policy that states everyone must go in and out one at a time in order to prevent unwanted people out. Jackie happened to be watching and immediately got in her vehicle and chased the unauthorized vehicle down. This was first hand proof to me that Jackie actually cares about keeping this lot secure and is very attentive to what's going on in the lot. It made me feel better about storing my boat here knowing that it's in good hands.

I was very impress on the guy unloading my eight big trash bags of plastic bottles into one huge net bag. Very impressive on the guy hauling my plastic bottles. I manage to come to Sun' Recycling Center at a perfect time while there was no people. I manage to come and get out of there fast! Only suggestion is if you happen to have a U-Haul with a bunch of cans and bottles this wouldn't be a good idea to bring your redeem here (you might tick off others who want to redeem their cans and bottles).
