Last two times Cathy spoke to the driver to confirm and called me back - again it'll be there any moment. Finally, as we're leaving for our reservation at 6pm it's determined that the driver forgot the order and it'll be another 15 minutes. I cancelled the order. Luckily, my wife was less upset than I was. I assume you need to pay for "timed delivery" if you want good service. Yes, Cathy apologized and offered to redeliver at no cost on Monday but the anniversary was over. Too little to late.

Faith Rose Florist delivered a bouquet of flowers on the 15th of Feb 2024 for our anniversary and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The arrangement seemed very poorly made and to make matters worse the flowers only lasted 2 Days!!! These were delivered Thursday and by today Saturday all the roses are completely dead. The company that my husband ordered the roses from refunded his money however I wanted to jump on here so others do not order from this company. First picture is how the arrangement was dropped off (day 1) and the last is what they look like as of today. Very sad and disappointed, flowers from the grocery store have lasted me longer. I grow my own cut flowers and I did my own flowers at my wedding at the Cavalier. I know a masterpiece and a bunch of junk and everything in between when it comes to floral arrangements. I also understand an upsell for Valentine's day. This "arrangement" was $100 wrapped, without a vase. Every flower was damaged to some extent and most of them were already dead. I won't even get into the weeds about how $100 for these individual flowers wrapped is outrageous even for Valentine's day. It looks like cast offs from three different (and very old) arrangements were thrown together to make one. I would point out that I have found far better quality flowers at a grocery store, but that would be an insult to grocery stores. I will strongly recommend against this business, but it looks from other reviews like this is not their first "throw a bunch of trash flowers that are blown out in some plastic and slap on an upcharge" rodeo.

I expect a minimum of manners and appreciation of my business. I found the opposite here. I called for a last minute order for Valentine's Day for my mother. It also happens to be the anniversary of my Father's death. I asked if they had an arrangement around $65. He said "not much for that price"... funny because their website has categories according to Price. Under 50, $50-$60, $60-$80. He suggested something and I agreed, gave him the address. When he realized it was a gated community, he said "you realize it's our busiest day and that a gate is going to slow my drivers down. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE ma'am." At which point I realized that my $65 wasn't enough to please them or make their time worthy. I told him to "not worry about it as I don't feel my business is valued." At which point he hung up on me. Virginia Beach Florist at hilltop just received $125 of my business because their staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and says they deal with this gated community on a regular basis. They will be getting my business and rave reviews. Thank you to them, and thank you to this business for dropping the ball to help me find a wonderful Florist for the future. I very rarely write bad reviews. I believe in positive feedback and I would have loved to speak with a manager but I was hung up on.
