New noodle house in sandy. Went in for a bowl of Pho'today. The place is clean inside and the server very friendly. The garnish plate was fresh with the usual bean sprouts, a piece of jalapeño some Thai basil and a lime wedge. The soup came out in a big bowl half full but the portion was adequate. Not like the huge servings at some places in the jade district of Portland. The broth was great, clear and not overly salty like some. Overall I did like it and will definitely be back again to try the pad thai and other dishes along with the pho'again. And I can say with certainty it's the best pho' in the city, cause it's the only pho' in the city and also to mention it was 2pm on a Thursday and was pretty busy, so it looks like we have a new winner in our small town

My friends recommended this new noodle restaurant to me. My first visit was fairly pleasant. An attentive staff, clean environment, mellow atmosphere, and tasty food made for a nice time.

We decided to order take out from the new restaurant in Sandy & man was it delicious! I got the pho with chicken & my husband got the drunken noodle with chicken. Both were huge portions & super delicious. We'll definitely be going back, maybe even to sit in next time. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed. No original flavors. Tastes like they're cooking top ramen noodles and season packets.

Good food for Sandy. Definitely above average for the area. If nothing else, we'd like to see more healthy options on the menu.

The interior has 2 levels so we were seated at a table on the main floor. My mother ordered a vegan pad woon sen and salad rolls. My spouse had tempura shrimp and tempura calamari. I ordered the mixed seafood Pad Ka Pao. My dish was very good. Hitting the sweet, sour, salty, savory sauce over expertly cooked vegetables. The calamari in my dish and in the tempura were overcooked and rubbery, but the tempura batter on both the shrimp and calamari were shatteringly crisp. The salad rolls were great. Unfortunately, the bar was unable to serve my spouse the cocktail she wanted due to lack of ingredients. This seemed unusual since we were seated early evening with no other customers. I couldn't get the tap beer of my choice as their tap was broken. The service was OK and he did follow up with us during dinner. The decor was average but the water spots on the ceiling tiles were a little off putting. I do plan to return as there were many dishes on the menu that I really want to try. Still cost less than $100 for 3 with drinks and tip.

We placed our order and headed on into the bar/gift shop area. They have so many cool books, trinkets, stickers, cards, etc. The plant and lighting set up in there is also incredible. We each ordered a sake flight which was so tasty! I reccomend the unique flight which has lychee, citrius dream and hot devil. These are all on the sweeter side. Our food was ready in no time and we found a little table outside to eat. The lights were glowing and the sun was just setting which made the ambiance perfect. I highly recommend the Ramen. Either in the lovely outdoor wooded patios or the indoor bus. Dog friendly. Friendly servers who are very knowledgeable. I had a great Oregon Brewery Summer ale which accompanied my noodle dish perfectly. Of course, since I was in Oregon, I had to have a slice of Marionberry pie. Delish. If in the area make this a stop.

The owner asked how spicy I wanted the yellow curry, from 1 to 6, 6 being Thai spicy. I ordered 5 and it was not as spicy as I expected, I felt I could've had a 6 or stronger. My partner had spicy 5 with the pad kee mao, and it was pretty spicy. I'm glad we stopped by this little place to try it out. I'm usually not a big fan of food trucks, but Thai on the Mountain impressed me. I hope to come back soon if I return to this area again.

I'm guessing the veggies were frozen and didn't get enough time to cook. It was pretty busy at the time I placed my pickup order so it's possible that the dishes were rushed. The yellow curry had great flavor to it and was packed with veggies, but didn't have too much chicken. One thing I loved is that there's a wide range of spice levels. There are 7 options ranging from "no spice" to "extra Thai spicy" and there's an 8th option to have the spice on the side. Every Thai place has different definitions of mild/medium/spicy, so I appreciate having these different options. I would definitely come here again even if my experience wasn't 10/10 because it's one of the better food options in the area.

Because I will be back. We started off strong with a table full of appetizers. It was one of those "everyone grab something" moments, and listen... I had been up since 6am, starving, and completely forgot to take pictures until it was basically too late. But trust me, that alone should tell you how good it was. Crab puffs? Gone. Creamy, crispy perfection. Fried spring rolls? Devoured without hesitation. But that salt and pepper shrimp?? LISTEN. It tasted like somebody's grandma was in the back cooking with love. I could've eaten that as my full meal 10 times over and still asked for more. Then came the angel wings... OMG. At this point I was already full, borderline mad about it, because I wanted to keep eating. And I'm not usually a leftovers person....but these? Plus that one last shrimp sitting there? Oh no... they came home with me. And the best part? EVERYONE loved their food. No misses at the table. If you're debating, don't. Just go. And go hungry.
