Installers made poor choices when placing visually defective planks in high traffic areas. very poor transitions between wood and tiled areas and all kinds of debris was sealed into the finish. They offered to redo some sections of the floor that we were unhappy with but they could not guarantee a color or texture match, which did not instill much confidence. Craig and Gary did a fantastic job installing the SPC flooring. The product has a great look, seems easy to maintain, and the installation is even and has no rough spots. They removed and reinstalled my baseboards at the correct height and did a beautiful job caulking the edges (way better than I have ever been able to do). I'm very happy with the results and the rooms look great. This is a small business and they give their full attention to their workmanship.
