Look at the car with a flashlight. Ok I sign the papers and I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow. O boy I get up early. No car I text and I'm told 3pm . At least I have a time. Well 3 pm comes and goes. Every time I hear a car I jump up , just a car going by. Now it's dark and I get a text I'm going to leave the keys in the car and you can come tomorrow (Sunday) and pick it up. A multi million dollar company and no courtesy car to come and get me. You do the math. I'll be taking my trade in somewhere else. What a shame. read more

$170 charge to diagnose "each concern" means you charge 2 hrs of service labor minimum! Even if it takes a few minutes to diagnose each problem. We took our car there with two concerns and told them exactly what needed to be done. They tried to charge $340 to tell us what we already knew. And then wanted to charge double the price of everywhere else to do the work. I took my car to Pep Boys and they did the work for half of what the price we were quoted there. The only saving grace was that he docked off 170. And that's just because we already knew what was wrong with the vehicle and shouldn't have had to pay anything because they did nothing. Diagnosis charges should only be charged for the actual time it took to figure out the problem. Not only that you shouldn't be charging this if we know exactly what needs to be changed and just need a quote for the labor and parts. read more

I had my 2500HD truck towed to this dealership on Sept.1, 2025. After my vehicle being there for 17 days and no progress on diagnosing it or fixing, I was charged $890 in parts/labor and had to have it towed to another mechanic to be fixed. The service manager would not return my calls, I had to drive from Pensacola to go check on the status of my vehicle. I requested to get back the batteries they changed (they were only 2 years old and under warranty) and the other part they assumed was the problem and changed, I was told I would get them back, but when I went to get my truck, they told me that batteries and parts had be disposed of and I could not get them back. Once at the new mechanic, it was diagnosed and repaired in 3 days, with the issue only being a $25 relay part. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for purchasing a vehicle or getting service on their vehicle. read more

If your brand new Chevy breaks down, they will leave you stranded without a loaner car, a rental, or a ride home until they determine it's a warranty issue; and they don't help with towing. That can take several days or longer depending on how busy they are, you just have to wait in line. It makes since to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty; but if the car is new, the vendor should assume it's covered and recover costs of helping the car owner after the car is fixed if it's not covered by the warranty. Otherwise, what's the point of having a new car if it's going to break down and leave you stranded? I wish I bought a vehicle from a Brand who has better customer service. read more

I had to take off work and drive there just to talk to them about the truck. They say they will diagnose it and work with me. what ever that means. We went there to look at a 2015 BMW. As for the best price they give us nothing off. Also was told there was 160 point inspection and a fresh oil change on the vehicle. We ended up buying the car from Pensacola even though it was in Milton. Pensacola dealership told us they Do Not do 160 point inspections unless it's a certified used vehicle. We were also told that the oil was just changed. I just changed the oil and it was as black as coffee and thick. However we want to point out that we are very comfortable with BREA at the Pensacola dealership and she was fair and honest. I would stay away from Sandy saints and Chevrolet in Milton. Buyer beware! We bought a 2018 GMC Sierra from Bubba and Sandy Milton Chevrolet back in April of 2022. The truck was a fair deal and the salesperson we worked with was polite and knowledgeable. At the time, we were residents of Louisiana and had been searching across a 400 mile radius for the best deal on a used truck and had came across this one on the Internet. My reason for the three stars is due to the following: We looked at various photos and videos of the truck that was shared with us by the salesperson and asked questions inquiring if there were any issues, damage, deep scratches, glass cracks, etc. with the truck. When none was brought to our attention we decided to make the trip from Louisiana to Florida to make the purchase. When we got there, we noticed two cracks in the windshield. The salesperson admitted to overlooking them and apologized. I replied that is fine, but can we come down off the price to facilitate repairs. The used car sales manager refused to do so stating that they had already came down on the price to the lowest dollar amount. At that point frustration set in but we decided to make the purchase due to having driven so far, being on a tight schedule, and having spent the past two months searching for a used truck. The following week I took the truck into the local dealership to have the cracks filled and was informed that they could do the repair but it would not suffice over time due to the lengths of them. Sure enough as we entered into the hot summer months, the cracks began to spider out. We received a quote to have the windshield replaced which was around $800 due to it having a camera. Another issue we just recently discovered was that the back window had been replaced. When it was replaced, they did not seal it properly resulting in the headliner being destroyed amongst other issues. Tried contacting the used car sales manager many times over the past several times and have yet to receive a response from them. read more

As of the time of this review, they have had our Chrysler Town & Country for a week and 3 days. We had it towed to this dealership after an overheating on the evening of Friday July 5th. We dropped the keys in the drop slot with our phone number. By Tuesday we hadn't heard from them so we called. They said they did a diagnostic and left us a message. I had zero calls or voicemails that day so I don't know who they called but it wasn't us. Evidently, they didn't feel the need to try again. They told us they would need to order a part and would try to overnight it. Didn't hear from them again by a couple of days later. My husband texted. Nothing. Called and the guy says he got the text. Ok. Why didn't you communicate that with us? They were supposed to let us know when the part would be in. Nothing. Husband texts again. Nothing. Calls again and asks do you have tracking, when is the part coming? They say it shows it arriving Thursday. They still as of this moment have not told us if the part is here and no response to my husband's text this morning. We've never experienced this at a dealership before. The lack of communication is inexcusable. We asked at the beginning of this if they had a loaner which of course they said they did not. We've been using our kids cars to get by but it would be nice to at least have some kind of idea when we can expect our vehicle back. I will never use this place again and it makes me skeptical about their other locations as well. I will not buy a car from them EVER if this is the level of service you can expect. We bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from Sandy and Bubba's October 13 2022. February 2022 we had to have it towed to Sandy Sansing Nissan. The service manager called and the transmission was completely gone. The service manager did some research and found out that the other owner had the truck in the shop at Nissan because it was having transmission problems. When we got the truck from Sandy and Bubba's they said there was nothing wrong it was in perfect condition. This truck only has 62,000 miles on it. Stop selling vehicles with issues when you drive them off the lot and then try to rip you off just because you didn't buy the extended warranty. That's why they push so hard to sell the warranty because they known the vehicle you purchases will probably need repairs. I can understand a used vehicle maybe having issues down the road but not the day you drive it off the lot. First Mechanic shop said the tires needed balancing which was no where near what the issue was then diagnosed an issue that would have cost about 1800.00 and was told they would just try to find us an equal value vehicle to trade it in. That was just to get more money out of us because they wanted more money down which I had just given for this vehicle. That went a couple months and nothing so we took the vehicle to our mechanic and was told that's not the issue and was fixed for 400.00. This place don't care about you, it's all about how much they can rip you off. Unless you have money and they can make big money then I'm sure they will take care of you. How do these people sleep at night?? We went to Sandy Sansing because we thought they were a reputable company and would take care of their customers but that is definitely not true. The only reason I gave it a one star is because the salesman was nice and friendly during the sale but of course that's there job. After that it's out of there hands how the customer issues are handled. Was also given a list of things that were changed and what the cost was so they couldn't go down much on the price. Which I don't believe because it said front and rear brake pads and rotors were changed and when we looked they were all rusty. Also 3 of the tires had nails in them. Also if you have bought an SUV from them in last 10 years they charged your tags as a Heavy Truck and that is WRONG. It should list as a UTILITY vehicle. I traded the exact same truck for another newer model and it came up as a heavy truck and it should NOT be. I owned one before that one that we also bought from SS dealership and it was correct back then. Because SUVs are utility they can't have added weight to the bed like a pickup so they don't need to be classed this way. We checked with the Tag office but because the arseholes effed it up we cannot fix it they have to and we can report them to the state tag office which we will do. And therefore they are charging us and you MORE for the WRONG tags! And then instead of giving us our credit back that we were owed because I had already renewed my two year tags they KEPT IT! They took FOREVER to simply give me the price when I asked for the costs of the vehicle IF we decided to purchase it. They went through so much nonsense and putting us all in their system when all we wanted initially was all the numbers and costs. I should have known they were gonna be shady!!!! And they were because the numbers on that sheet didn't disclose several other charges such as the $100 they charge you to do your tags when it is obviously free to do at the tag office but they charge you $800 for business fees and THEN $100 to take 30 seconds to input and print your tag and THEN to steal your refund! Yeah I will never ever do business again with any Sandy Sansing after this. We are done! We used to have good business with them but never again! I'll drive 800 miles for a truck next time! Also if you want a tip for removing those crappy decals just peel it right off with your fingernails it came off easy peasy and then a little essential oils to rub any residue off and some soap and water. A quick screw driver to toss that stupid name plate in the trash! Good riddance. I'll also add if you want a good company to finance with use GULF WINDS! We LOVE them and they are as always fabulous even when you don't live in state they helped us with our financing while we were in another state for a while. I'm only giving two stars because I found the car that I love here, but this dealership is just ridiculous. Half the time no one answers the phone, not once have I left a message and got a call back. I took my car for service for 2 things to be fixed. I paid a deductible, it was "fixed" and I went home. Found out neither were fixed and World Ford ended up fixing it and I had to pay twice for what should've been fixed already. I was told I'd get $220-$270 for a refund, ended up getting only my deductible back instead and when I bought my car a year and a half ago, I was promised a 2nd key only to be told after 2 weeks I'd have to pay $500 for one if I wanted it. I will say Chris in service was great the whole time but other than that, I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Today I took my vehicle in for a recall on the airbag and oil change at Sandy Sansing. This appointment was made a month ago and I was promised that the part would be in when I came in. The part was not in, plus no one ever advised me of the major increase of cost for an oil change (40%)! I was sitting in the waiting room and should've been notified in person and not in an email that my husband got later! Then to top it off, they unplugged my dashcam, without any notification to me! When asked as to why they did that, they said according to HR and Loss Prevention policy they unplugged all recording devices!!!!! Really? And the reason I know they unplugged my dashcam is it wasn't plugged in correctly and it was working prior to my arrival at Sandy Sansing. So, if something happens to my car, we can't blame the proper person, even if it would clear one of their employees! To me, this shows they are going to cover things up if something were to happen to my vehicle. If you can't trust the people working on your vehicle, then we'll just have to find someone else. My 81 year old dad bought a car from them and a month later he ran over a nail, he took it to them to plug or patch it but instead they sold him a new tire which he didn't need.!! I took that tire to another tire business and they patched it with no charge. Now he has a spare and won't have to use his Mickey Mouse tire. The staff was pleasant and the lounge was pretty good. Also not super pushy on additional services, a simple "no" was enough, which is better than a lot of places. I wrote a poor review of this place before because I had maintenance done and ended up missing a lug and questioned their work. I just got off the phone with their service manager and he reached out to make it right. This is not a normal occurrence and I appreciate that he did (and he probably appreciates me updating this review). Had a mechanic check done on a car I was looking to purchase here. It was horrible and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They had told us the tires were good (even though we knew the tires needed to be replaced already) They also never gave us the quote to fix the things they found wrong with the car even though we had been assured we would get it after numerous calls and emails for it. On top of all of this we decided to purchase the car and have found many things wrong with the car that they had not found like the starter, the battery, and the alternator. If you're going to buy a car it's a great idea to get it mechanically checked, just don't do it at this location. read more

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle and this dealership added an additional $5,000 on to the cost of the vehicle due to the "chip shortage". They would not honor the GM family discount plan or the 0 financing that GM is advertising right now. I have always bought within the GM car market and will not be this time. we all know COVID has affected everything but it should not affect your ethics, morales and values. I called with interest in a 2018 camaro SS for sale. Due to me being 6hrs away I was interested in talking pricing about the vehicle before I made a drive to see if we could make a deal. I left my information with the lady who answered my call and waited for a call from sales. A manager named Alesha or Ellie gave me a call and immediately was rude to me on the phone and did not even consider the idea of negotiating. Her rude behavior led to an argument on the phone which resulted in me being hung up on. From the beginning of the phone call the lady seamed to have no interest in trying to gain my business on a fairly expensive car. Purchased a used 2018 Toyota Tacoma from these guys on 8/27at the GMC, Jeep dealership down the road, drove it home . The following day an engine light come on upon startup, called the dealership on 8/29 they let me bring it , do to them not having enough techs to work on this vehicle, they took it to Sandy & Bubba's Milton Chevrolet for diagnostic. In 2 weeks they were not able to properly diagnose the issue. This service department is terrible about communication as can you imagine not having your car brand new purchase not being treated as a priority? Anyways on 9/13 the salesman took the vehicle to Bob Tyler Toyota as Milton Chevrolet could not figure out the issue. They claimed the compression in cylinder 5 was low. Well after the Toyota technician looked at he stated, its a 4 cylinder not a V6 as originally sold. How is this possible a professional mechanic shop doesn't know what the difference from a 4 to a V6? Long story to really put into writing but overall communication is a -negative number, you will need to keep calling to get any information. I had to get a ride from a friend to demand they do their jobs. Professionalism is a 0, the service department seems to not care at all about the customers issues. Certified vehicles, yeah right I will never buy a vehicle through Sandy Sansing again new or used. Overall these dealerships know there is no lemon law in FL so they can sell what ever they want. Mixed feelings. I took my 2009 Chevy Malibu into their shop and the issue with my car was fixed (water pump was broken). They did it pretty fast for all they had to do. The people in service were very helpful. However, the tube for my windshield washer fluid is now broken off from one of the nozzles and it definitely was not when I took my car in. It's a bit suspicious. I guess I'll have to manually clean my windshield until I can replace the part. read more

I have experienced issues with this dealership in the past when it was Lou Sobh Chevy when the New Car Sales Manager provided me a set price in writing, I took a vehicle home with me overnight to 'test', and when I returned the next day, the New Car Sales Manager told me the GM refused to honor the written quote. After ownership transition, I decided to give the dealership another chance. What a mistake. The sales person I worked with provided untrue information which I believe was intended to steer me to a 2017 vs a 2016. I was prepared to make an offer on a new Colorado and asked for better pricing when your New Care Sales Manager said NO, there are $800 in step assist which the sales guy didn't include in the price so he would be taking them off the vehicle. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales rep then started texting me sarcastic messages and I finally told him via text to STOP TEXTING ME after he said the New Car Sales Manager told him to tell me to 'just have a nice day'.
