    ASK FOR MARK C. I want to get Mark's name out there. I'm from out of state and encountered some…read moreissues here with the paperwork that could have been avoided (reasoning for the 4/5). However, the staff did everything they can to help me out, which I appreciate, and overtime I believe the 4 should turn into a 5. Anyway, Mark was very helpful when we (my wife and I) were first considering the car. We told him we were considering another car from another dealer and he did everything he could to try to get the most out of our trade-in. Mark also did everything he could to find a temporary, and permanent, solution to the issue with the paperwork. I do not mean to detract from any of the other salespeople. I just didn't interact with them. I had more interaction with Mark and want to help spread his name because I feel he earned it with my situation. Finally, as far as the dealership goes- it has a little bit of each trim of each model. It isn't a huge dealership, which isn't a bad thing by any means, but it is clean and welcoming.

    This dealer ship misrepresented their pricing. On cars.com the pricing showed 4500 and it said it…read moreincluded all the extra fees. Then we shop their they try to pull the ole car salesman swap. Here's the actual price. Over 6700. That's about 49% increase. When I called them on it they blamed it on cars.com and said they have no control over that. However that is not accurate. They do control it and can have it changed. As a matter of fact they already have it changed. So they don't control it but when I called them on it for false advertising after we had already been in there and test drive it once and came back 4 days later still same price no updates and now that we want to buy magically the price is not right. Did the manager come out to say sorry...no. Did the manager offer anything to compensate for the issue as a good will gesture....no. In my opinion this was a calculated choice or a best a mistake that someone needed to own up too. 1000 of that is doc fee. And let's be honest it at most cost them 60 to do all the paperwork and documents the rest is hidden profits for the dealers. I am reporting to BBB and who ever else will listen.

    Time means nothing. First shifting cars all day, do you like this or not. Then you wait, and wait…read more Finally I find a car and wait till they bring it from another lot. Now it's dark. Look at the car with a flashlight. Ok I sign the papers and I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow. O boy I get up early. No car I text and I'm told 3pm . At least I have a time. Well 3 pm comes and goes. Every time I hear a car I jump up , just a car going by. Now it's dark and I get a text I'm going to leave the keys in the car and you can come tomorrow (Sunday) and pick it up. A multi million dollar company and no courtesy car to come and get me. You do the math. I'll be taking my trade in somewhere else. What a shame.

We took our car there with two concerns and told them exactly what needed to be done. They tried to charge $340 to tell us what we already knew. And then wanted to charge double the price of everywhere else to do the work. I took my car to Pep Boys and they did the work for half of what the price we were quoted there. The only saving grace was that he docked off 170. And that's just because we already knew what was wrong with the vehicle and shouldn't have had to pay anything because they did nothing. Diagnosis charges should only be charged for the actual time it took to figure out the problem. Not only that you shouldn't be charging this if we know exactly what needs to be changed and just need a quote for the labor and parts.

    Saturday is not the day to get anything done besides minor fixes or oil changes…read more I came for a burnt out headlight. It was easy to see, but their diagnostic machine could not find it due to a different issue. The light bulb socket had developed a short. They did not have the part in stock so it required a second visit. On the plus side, they did find and fix a burnt out rear turn signal. Total time the first visit 3 hours. The second visit required 45 minutes. Please be advised, the office clerk on duty needed more training. He had a very hard time getting the system to process my service required and bill me for the part and time. Total cost $230. Quit high for two lights

    Sandy Sansing service department in Milton, FL is very ineffective at what they do. They obviously…read morehaven't been in the service business very long or very good. They don't call with updates in any sort of manor. They clear service, engine codes without investigating the codes. Brought in with a engine light on, left with an engine light on. The make assumptions that error codes are faults from other repair shops. They don't communicate the issues clearly so the customer specifically understands what the issues are. They Won't keep warranty parts knowing they are under warranty status, unless you ask for the parts back. They don't explain what entails a tear-down to investigate a reported issue. They provide a video of an inspection but don't explain what you are looking at.
