Just look at the photos I posted. This place doesn't care, doesn't take responsibility, and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. Save your money, your time, and your clothes... skip Seville Cleaners altogether. Now I'm stuck with a wrinkled, ruined skirt I can't wear. Just look at the photos they speak for themselves. Here's what happened: I brought in a simple skirt to be pressed. The pleats were done, sure, but the rest of the skirt was completely wrinkled. I asked for a redo, picked it up the next day, and not only were the wrinkles STILL there, but the fabric now looked powdery white. My skirt is completely ruined and unusable. The worst part: The girl at the counter was completely unsympathetic and even tried to gaslight me, insisting she "didn't see any wrinkles or powder" and telling me that if I had a problem, I should "call her boss and take it up with him." Before I walked out, I took photos right in front of her specifically for this review. And for the grand finale... Said Boss is nowhere to be found! He hides behind his employees. They'll answer the phone, but somehow he's "never available." Three days, no call back. Shady business, period.

Fast service but failed to press my Banana Republic blouse. WHY would a dry cleaner give someone…read moreback a WRINKLED blouse?!! ***No WONDER you have to PRE-PAY! ***Glad we tested before putting husbands suits in with them. No, no, no, won't be back.

If your garments are unstained and essentially just need crisping and pressing, this cleaner will…read moredo. If, however, you have a stain or your garment requires any kind of special treatment, this cleaner will disappoint and possibly enrage you. If your bad experience pushes you to the latter, it will likely be because the place is not only incompetent but arrogant and over-priced. Case in point: I took a knee-length, unlined, belted women's coat there to have a simple stain removed. I took the coat only two days after it was stained and stated plainly (to one of the owners) that the stains were the only reason the coat needed cleaning. I pointed out the stains, and confirmed both the source (greasy water) and the fabric (silk). When I returned to pick up the garment, I immediately saw through the plastic that the stains remained. The employee said, "Hmm, oh, there's a note." The note said that they needed my permission to treat the garment further, due to its stains. Why, I asked, weren't the stains tagged with tape and my permission asked for when I dropped off the garment? If not that, the most logical option, why did no one call me before or during the initial processing? Shrugs. Frustrated, I signed my permission and left. By the time I was half a block away, I thought, hell no, this is stupid and called. I said the fabric was already noticeably dulled from the initial processing (it was originally iridescent) and I was coming back to pick it up. When I got there, I asked for the garment and said I would not pay the $18 since the specific service I had requested had not been provided. The employee called the owner. The owner said I had to pay, that they had processed the garment. With an "F" and "U" I said, "keep it" and left. That's it. We've had other similar experiences with them over the years but this time we are done: We're never going back. Mark's Cleaners is distinguished by three traits: incompetence, arrogance, and excessively high prices.

Not one returned call. Throwing the coverlet out today and finding a new dry cleaner tomorrow. Awful service.

It's all about their interests, nothing else. The quality of their service is terrible, and you'd be better off finding the time to do it yourself. The prices are unreasonable and just not worth what you get in return. Although it's a cool idea, this company really drops the ball when it comes to customer service. They act like you owe them something and expect you to just accept what they're offering. I really hope someone takes this business model and adds good customer service to the mix to make it work. -Check out the reviews. It's amusing that there are two consecutive reviews from different names but the same individual. If a company is genuinely good, why would they need to post fake 5 star reviews?

I highly recommend this business. Joe has even gone as far as to text and call me personally when things have needed to get sorted out on their end or on mine. It's a small base business, which are the ones I prefer to support, and this one does it right.

The cons: They are expensive, there is no transparency with pricing (maybe there would be if I asked), and they have been sloppy lately. I've had to bring back my items the last 2 times...nobody has time for that. I expect more for the price they charge. Here is a breakdown of what I've been charged. $17.61 - black pants - when I took them out of the plastic, they were filthy. Dust and white substance on the bottom hems. I brought back and they recleaned them. $32.23 - belted denim dress - lapel wasn't pressed properly and I had to repress it prior to wearing. $13.20 - silk short sleeve blouse - cowl neck was pressed folded in the front - 2 vertical lines that looked odd. I brought back to have them redo. They fixed it while I waited and commented that they considered charging me $2, but kindly didn't. Their pricing is confusing and there are no prices listed anywhere that I can find. Thought I would add my other past charges for other's to see: $21.35 - cotton dress $18.75 - dress $12.15 - sweater $16.26 - dress $10.95 - cardigan sweater $18.25 - pleather jacket $22.35 - belted dress - same dress they charged me $32.23 above
