Next up was pizza. The thinnest of thin and crispy crust. The sauce was a very nice blend. Tomatoe sauce and herbs were not over powering and in my opinion not too sweet. A good balance of cheese, toppings and sauce. Not so much sauce that it oozes out with every bite. They were very careful with the toppings and keeping them on the respective halves.
