He came across as rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to read the room. He constantly made awkward jokes, repeatedly referred to himself as an "alpha," and kept pushing the same comments even when nobody was laughing. Instead of making customers feel comfortable, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When gathering our information, he often sounded demanding rather than polite, speaking to people in a way that felt disrespectful. The biggest issue wasn't the jokes themselves, it was the attitude behind them. I've also noticed that when people leave criticism, he tends to argue back rather than take accountability. A business owner should be open to feedback, not treat every complaint like a personal attack. The staff deserves credit, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. But Andy's behavior alone would make me think twice before returning.

Called another occasion, had me on hold. Then hangs up. I called back, said to hold on and give her a minute. Was on hold for 5 minutes, then I ended up just hanging up and calling someone else. My son had gone snow boarding and fell back and bumped his head. He immediately started having vision problems with one eye. He went to Dr Schwartz who diagnosed a detached retina and referred my son to a specialist to get laser surgery. Dr. Schwartz helped save his vision in that eye.
