My Telaflora order used this florist. The delivery person was so rude. I live in a gated community and gave her instructions how to enter but she yelled & said she called but no answer. Nobody called my phone. I gave her the code to get in to the building so she could bring it to my apt since I was sick. She didn't deliver it but just left the flowers in the street outside the building. I told her it will get lost & she didn't bother to listen to me. Instead she said I could report it to you. This is so unacceptable. No deliveries are left outside the building especially this community are for the elderly. I wish your personnel are respectful and kind because we are your customers who give you business. read more

If I were able to give this place 0 stars, I would. This might be the most unqualified, sketchiest, and worthless flowershop. I recently bought flowers from this "business" last week, something came up and I ended up having to cancel the order. They said I was able to cancel it, as the flowers haven't been delivered to my house yet. They told me that it would be in my bank account by Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, I still don't see my refund in my account. They told me that they haven't reached processed the refund because they were closed this past week. Mind you, that their hours (even on their voicemail) state that they are open from MONDAY to FRIDAY. IT IS WEDNESDAY! Then the sketchiest part happens: they tell me they need to contact a different company to process my refund, but if I give them my card information, then they can do it themselves. It seems very unprofessional to tell the customer one thing, and then tell them something different. These were $100 flowers, and they are just refusing to give it back. On top of that as well, when I did call them, they didn't pick up unless I called them 5 or more times. I don't know what is going on at that business on a regular weekday, where it takes that long for them to pick up, it's not like they're getting any business. Honestly just horrible customer service. Word of advice: never buy from these people. Their flowers are worthless, overpriced, and whats worst of them all, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After being diagnosed with a serious illness my best friend in Boston sent me a bouquet of flowers. I have received many floral arrangements but this by far was the poorest excuse for a bouquet have ever seen. Too many flowers for the vase size jammed in. I took it apart to put it into a nice vase and discovered most of the flowers had lost peddles. If that was not bad enough whoever made this stuck flowers in that were not long enough to touch the water. spent a lot of time tracing the trail to my door. I spoke to Teleflora as they selected the florist by my zip code. I could not complain (ONLY) person would be my friend who sent them. Needless to say, I did everything to avoid telling her. One day found out my neighbors would have their 49th anniversary the next day. I checked yelp and found a florist shop just up the road from me and phoned. Even though it was after hours she picked up. I talked a bit about what I wanted and she quoted me a price. I indicated that was too much for me and wanted to pay about $20 less. She offered to put a mixed arrangement together at my price point. I was able to pick it up the next morning. My husband was worried that it wouldn't look good but he and I were both impressed- it was fabulous! Wish I'd taken a photo! My neighbors were tickled! She thought they weren't going to have a celebration, but along with the flowers we toasted them with a little bubbly from the sidewalk. I'm pretty sure I saw tears in her eyes. I placed an order for roses from Marleigh's website on February 3 for delivery to my wife at her place of work for Valentines's Day, February 14. I thought 11 days would be enough notice, but I didn't see any charges to my card until February 11 and it was from a different company, this company Santa Clara Woodwards for the same amount. No big deal right? I wanted to get more information about when deliveries would take place and tried calling a few times Feb 12 and Feb 13 l, but no one picked up. I didn't think much of that because it was the weekend. February 14th I tried calling again when they opened and once again no one picked up. When noon rolled around I began to become concerned about when the order would arrive. When I placed my order I indicated the order was at a place of business so I would except it to come during business hours. Eleven (11) calls throughout the day Monday all unanswered and their mailbox full. I found a second phone number and left messages asking to be called back and left my phone number and order number for their reference and no call back. I received a confirmation of delivery February 15th at 9:30am from a Woodwards saying the roses were delivered. This was a lie. There was no delivery made. I tried calling a dozen more times to both phone numbers I could find and still no one picked up. I wanted to to get a head start on roses for my wife on Valentine's Day and Marleigh's along with Santa Clara Woodwards did not deliver on a day you would expect a florist to be able to commit to delivering in as it's not a surprise they will be busy that day. I received several bouquets for my birthday, some from other local florists as well as from the other side of the country that were overnight shipped and none as disappointing as this local florist. From the time they arrived they started 'shedding' petals all over the place. The next day some of the roses were rotting at the base, none opened. I tried reaching them by phone [# was NOT on their card] where I was told to leave a message except I couldn't because it then went to Spanish and there still was no option to leave a message. I left a Direct message on facebook with no response. Their website hours are incorrect. I finally got thru to the store and they graciously offered to send another bouquet, which I appreciated. Sadly, the quality was not much better and I had to toss most of those flowers while my older deliveries still flourished. They might do well to find another source for their flowers. I ordered flowers yesterday morning around 9 am With a guaranteed delivery date of May 8 which was yesterday. The flowers did not arrive until today May 9. I then received a confirmation that they were delivered may eighth. Liars! The flower presentation was not that bad, but this florist business is not trustworthy and time is of essence given the situation with COVID-19 and making sure that things get delivered on time. BUYER BEWARE!! I received a beautiful birthday bouquet of purple roses accented with white hydrangea's. The arrangement itself was gorgeous! The problem was, that after 2 days all the flowers started to wilt and die. The bouquet came in full bloom, and normally flower food is delivered with flowers, however... this arrangement didn't come with any. On top of that, I was told by the person who sent them to me that I would be receiving a surprise delivery by a specific time. The flowers arrived 4 hours late. I placed an order via TeleFlora for the Rainbow Rays Potted Gerbera - Yellow because my mum's favorite color is yellow. When the order was delivered yesterday, it turned out to be a terra cotta NOT yellow flower pot with NOT yellow but red roses. Half of the roses had seen better days. Poor roses. When I called Santa Clara Woodward to report the mix-up, the woman asked me to text her a picture of what I'd ordered and to request my family to put the NOT yellow roses on the front doorstep for pick-up the next day when they dropped off the correct order. When nothing arrived by 3 PM today, I called TeleFlora and the TeleFlora representative contacted Santa Clara Woodward. Santa Clara Woodward said they would get my delivery there as soon as possible but they could not guarantee a time because of the Super Bowl. Even though the Super Bowl is 1.5 weeks away. Today, another batch of NOT yellow red roses was delivered. I called TeleFlora and demanded a refund. Sometimes life is trying and you or a family member may need something to make you smile. Flowers are beautiful and do just that! However, I am terribly disappointed with this Florist, Julio. I called a flower delivery company (From You Flowers) for a delivery without a vase, and received a delivery with a HUGE vase filled with water. I advised of the importance of not having a vase when placing the order as it would be difficult to transport via bicycle. The order was taken correctly with From You Flowers, and delivered incorrectly by Santa Clara Woodward. I dialed the florist phone number listed on the card that came with the arrangement, and the gentleman, who said his name was Julio, was very argumentative. He went on to say he would re-deliver the flowers, but not until after 4PM. Well, the office will be closed at that time, and I am flabbergasted that no rush or alternate delivery was offered since it was a mistake on their end. I asked if there was any exception that could be made, and Julio advised that he could cancel the order. I pleaded with him, told him that I really needed the flowers and asked him not to cancel the order, but he disconnected the call in my face. I'm not sure if Julio is the owner, but he needs to do better by his customers. I cannot STAND negative people with HORRIBLE customer service. No compassion or empathy for others. I received a call at 3:30pm from Miriam who explained that their delivery person was not able to find the address as the online retailer had my billing address as the shipping. Reynaldo came on the line and thoughtfully explained what had happened offering to deliver the flowers the next morning as their delivery person was stuck in traffic so they couldn't guarantee a 5pm delivery. I expressed my disappointment and Reynaldo offered to instead deliver it to my daughter's apartment that evening by 9pm. This was probably the worst two bouquets I have ever received. I ordered thru teleflora . These were for a Celebration of Life. The color came in purple, was ordered pink and the petals were dropping of the flowers, the snapdragons were actually bent over at 90 degree angle. I tried to contact business that day to try to get fresh flowers. Of course they did not supply phone number and I was at a event hall with no access to computer. I have a very worst experience on our anniversary day. My family had ordered flowers through online which should actually come up with a teddy bear. I was going to settle for some Safeway roses, but Woodward's Flowers caught my eye just before making the turn into Safeway. I went in to the small shop and was quickly given a friendly greeting. I explained my lady troubles and Lee suggested a nice bouquet of beautiful Colombian roses in a vase. She showed me something she had put together for another customer. Sold. My wife and I were recently at Kaiser Santa Clara for the birth of our child. On the day of delivery we received a voice message from this florist inquiring if we wanted flowers sent to Kaiser or our home. My wife returned the call only to get a recording. We have called three times since and no one has returned our call and no flowers were ever delivered. The quality of the flowers and unique arrangement exceeded expectation, and looked far more expensive than it was. Today I found out my friend was in the hospital for an emergency surgery. Update: After the lady at the shop screamed at me I got a call later that evening from my landlord (Thursday). There was a woman at my place (along with her two kids) trying to deliver my flowers. She handed the phone to the delivery person so I could speak to them. I said you're finally at the correct house but I was not home, so please leave the flowers with my landlord. The delivery women said her manager wouldn't allow her to leave the flowers if I wasn't there. WTF? I said I told her manager that I was gone the latter part of the day due to post op appointments (hence why I asked them to come Friday). I pleaded with her to "please leave the flowers as you've delivered them twice to wrong place, I've been waiting for a week for them!" Well when I got home I went to my landlords and she told me the driver didn't leave the flowers. My landlord also told me the flowers were dead. At this point it's just funny. In fact the only thing I received were some dead flower petals on my walkway that must have fallen off. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. What a bunch of frauds. read more
