Snow plowing and shoveling: (to include sidewalks, entry way and driveway) *snow storms from 0" to 2" will incur a charge of $160.00 for ice control only *snow storms with a 2"- 4" depth will incur a charge of $320.00 *snow storms with a 4"-6" depth will incur a charge of $480.00 *snow storms with a 6"-8" depth will incur a charge of $640.00 *snow storms with an 8"-10" depth will incur a charge of $800.00 *snow storms with a 10"-12" depth will incur a charge of $960.00 *snow storms with 12" and above will be charged at $160.00 each additional inch *Ice melt and pumice will be charged for as used. *Driveway to be back dragged, as it is gravel. *Rates charged on a per storm basis (storm based on a 24-hour period) *Homeowner snow removal will be completed 24 to 48 hours after storm I asked the office manager to drop the snow removal contract and only give me an estimate for the seasonal maintenance contract which runs from April to November. She stated the monthly fee amounts would have to be recalculated again and could be the same or slightly higher. The office manager is not customer friendly at all. It always took an extra email or phone call for her to respond. Not a good attitude either. Always had the feeling she was doing you a favor to ask a question or to get clarification. After 2 calls to their office, I finally was sent the new estimate for just the seasonal monthly service. The already expensive monthly service charge increased by $71.42. It went from $314.23 to $385.65 (includes tax). Not adding any additional service for this increase. When I asked the office manager about the increase, she only stated it's in the budget. In fact, she told me I should shop around somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner and she stated he mostly worked from home and he may call me. He never did call me. Customer service is non-existent for this company. On top of this, they have disclaimers for all their contracts. Not responsible for any damage and any extras like fertilizer are charged separately.

It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).

The people in the front office and the repair guys were very nice. They have this German Shepard in the office that is very shy but seems sweet enough. Our check engine light was on. At first they said it would take until the next day to get it fixed. I told them we couldn't stay in this town. They said they would do what they could to get us back on the road. And they did! In a few hours we were back on our way to LA. They even called a few days later to check on us, mailed a thank you postcard to thank us for or service and sent us an email. Now however, they are sending emails weekly or biweekly. If you don't like a lot of junk emails, don't provide your email.
