We have had a great experience at Smile Orthodontics so far. My son had a few issues with lost retainers but the whole team has always been kind and non-judgmental. Dr. Eliason helped my son see that braces would be the best option for him, even though he had been set on Invisalign. We are seeing excellent results in the few months of him having braces. My 10 years old daughter was given a referral to Dr. Davis office. Since the beginning of the appointment everything was nice and easy. We were seeing on time, Mackenzie the lady that helped my daughter with the consultation was funny but also knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Then we saw Dr. Davis and my daughter questions were explained in a way that she could understand why she needed braces. We came back again to start the precess and one time time the dental team rocked! On Friday 11/19/2021 my mother had a consultation appointment which was supposed to be free as that is what was told to my father when he made the appointment. mother is feeling a lot of discomfort in her throat after we left your office. During our visit We felt disrespected & The whole experience was extremely unprofessional when the dentists asked me to ask my mother if she felt the metal brace as he didn't know where it went after he removed it from my mother's upper tooth as he did not use the Water hose & sucktion tube while removing top metal brace, the whole process took the dentist less than a minute to do & after that my mother was still charged, for something that took the dentist less than a minute to do & we left not knowing where the metal brace went. When I questioned the changes the office staff stated We were charged for chair time. read more

I chose to go for a consultation with Dr Davis after my dentist (Permalla Dental Care) recommended I get braces in order to maintain structural integrity of my lower teeth. When I walked in the office I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. I sat down with Dr Davis and he examined my mouth and went over details about straightening my teeth and all the steps involved. He discussed options for either Invisalign, or standard braces as well as costs. I decided to go with standard braces and I couldn't be happier with the results I am seeing along the way. Every time I go into the office they take there time with me and let me know how and what my teeth are doing as well as what to expect between the next visit. Considering the fact that I work for a company that deals with the marketing side of orthodontics and oral surgeons, I understandably had high standards. Dr. Davis is by far the NICEST orthodontic office that I have ever been to. He is VERY patient and kind with the patients (My daughter was scared and she has a really bad reflux problem and Dr. Davis calmed her fears down). He always smiles and makes not only the patients feel more comfortable, but also the family members. My sisters and brothers brought their kids to Dr. Davis and now my daughter just got braces on December 3rd (and hopefully my other daughter will get hers on in 6 months). My daughters friends have had braces put on by Dr. Davis as well and they are all thrilled with his manners and how nice he is with them. It definitely shows how much he loves his work. He puts off a great presence in the office too. My daughter really likes MacKenzie and Ana. The whole office is wonderful. I just cant name 1 person to the positive experience, they all work together wonderfully! After not wearing my retainers for the 2nd time I decided to try once more - 3rd times the charm, right? Called to make a free orientation for braces with Dr. Davis and he was very quick and informative. His staff are very friendly and welcome you with smiles - genuine kindness which is comforting. After about 30-45 minutes I was told the treatment I'm going through to get straight teeth once again and set up a payment plan. It was quick and simple. I started my orthodontic journey several years ago with a sub par dental agency. I arrived at Dr. Davis's office after giving up, and basically letting the wires and brackets sit until I had better insurance to cover some of the costs, as I had already paid out heavily for terrible braces. Dr. Davis and his team are amazing! I was nervous, worried, concerned he wouldn't take me after being denied at another office, and was immediately put at ease. I am two years in at this point and am looking forward to finally being done soon. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to get me in, attentive, answer all my questions, have an amazing service to make my dental payments that does not charge interest. I get to do fun colors, and plus side there are two regular dentists in the same complex so I can pop over there to get my teeth cleaned and then come back to have my wires put back on, it's awesome!
