The staff was unhelpful and provided incorrect information--something that should never happen when people are relying on medication for their health. We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

I wasn't expecting rudeness from who I think was the manager named Kenneth. I asked Kenneth if he could help me find some poppyseeds. He looked at me and then went back to what he was doing. I asked once more. No response from Kenneth. I then asked if he was ignoring me. He then looked at me and said, "yes, I'm ignoring you." I was dumbfounded. I mentioned leaving a review about his performance, or lack of. He then became real apologetic saying he was kidding and tried to shake my hand. I refused his gestures and told Kenneth the review was still happening, and that something was wrong with him. A very helpful employee named Meghann went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

Decent Walmart location - up the hill and just off of the freeway…read more Parking lot is always busy and packed. Save some time and just park out in the second section or beyond. Typical stock inside in all departments. We're usually in the area for a vacation or visiting a fair so we come here to get some snacks, drinks, etc. Anytime we've needed assistance the employees were fast and friendly. The registers can get pretty busy at times, but even then, they get you through the lines in a decent amount of time. Can't go wrong getting your grocery and travel needs taken care of before getting into town more.

The store is kept neat and clean, and the employees are very helpful when approached. Check out can be hit or miss. Sometimes you have to wait in a line and other times you can walk right up. The wait is sometimes caused by closed stations. They are good about always having an employee in the self checkout area to help if needed.
