Picked up some green chili burritos on our way into the car wash (conveniently located next door). Seriously delicious breakfast wraps, with green chili, scrambled eggs, and potatoes- yum yum yummy. AND they have a drive through! And- for the fabulous price of $2.58 each. Who say what? (insert brake sliding screeching noise) The tax was almost more. And our tip of course. Tried a standard groud beef burrito and it had no cheese and very little chili. The flavor was quite institutional. I would stick with the breakfast burritos for sure. read more

I went and got a burrito and definitely need to ask for extra Chile. I ordered medium and tasted like there was no Chile. The service was fast and under $4.00 so not expensive. They need to not be so scarce with the Chile. read more

I am a long-time customer of the 128 W Bridge Street, Brighton, CO location with a concern that, for lack of a better term, Quality Control has declined. I wanted to express concern that I don't believe enough double checking of orders before they go to the customer is taking place with certain staff. I received my walk-in order from the 128 W Bridge Street location in Brighton this morning (6/7/21) after asking to make sure that one of the burritos was Mild and not Hot or 1/2-1/2. It turns out the supposed Mild burrito was indeed Hot, I was told it was Mild, but it was indeed Hot and unedible by the person I bought it for loves Santiago's green chili but not Hot. I realize the pandemic has been hard on businesses, especially restaurants, so I want to cut them some slack a bit. However, I believe businesses need to remain vigilant with efforts of taking care of the customer's order and not getting complacent. On another point, I tried to post this feedback directly to the restaurant via the website, but it appears that is not functioning either. That said Santiago's may need to get some areas of business cleaned up and back up to speed. This happens I will increase my star rating to 5 because I still believe they have some of the best mexican food around, especially the green chili. read more

Best Santiago's location of them all. This one is clean, clean, clean. The staff is friendly and the green chili is hot! Excellent Indian taco with 1/2 & 1/2 ( mild/hot) is my favorite order. I go to this restaurant once a week and I eat in. Last night I got an order to go. I ordered Huevos rancheros as I always do. Over Medium eggs with half and chili. The eggs were broken and over cooked, chile was mild not 1/2 and 1/2, and no tortillas. This has not happened eating in, but guess it's alright for TO GO ORDERS. Did you know you have to make a trip back and show them the food so they can fix it. This is unexpectable nowhere on the receipt does it state that, if this is the rule then print it on the receipt. Most of the Santiago's aren't too bad...this one food seems bland no taste for some reason. Maybe the staff who knows. Now they were rude to a customer that didn't have a mask. That's wrong it's the individual's right not to wear one. If Santiago wants to be like that I'll take my business elsewhere read more

I have visited many locations around Denver and ordered Breakfast Burritos with Extra chili and this is the only location that I feel really does put extra chili in it! Everywhere else I think let's me orders it and pay and doesn't do it! I have been going to this location once a week on Monday for about 2 months and consistently my burrito is fat with extra chili! So kudos to this location! The young lady there on Mondays is always nice and pleasant! read more

Rarely stop at this location but was tad short on time didnt want to drive into brighton . I ordered w breakfast burritos , the size was good as opposed to other locations where they skimp besides the original location. However the flavor was lacking and had not a single peace of any meat besides the eggs and potato. Clothe chili was lacking flavor regardless. read more

Pretty darn good breakfast burritos. I can usually get no meat in my burrito if I get there early enough. For two dollars it's a nice, quick breakfast. The line moves fairly quickly. One if the worst meals my wife and I ever had, we decided to do take out as that's the thing to do now. Boy what a mistake, our soft shell tacos and bean & beef burritos where so GREASY the tortillas just fell apart in our hands, we both got sick after we ate the taco and ended up throwing the rest away. The Chips and salsa was terrible, the chips where so GREASY the bag fell apart and oh by the way we didn't get any salsa, which we paid for. When I called and asked for a manager they gave me a employee and he said we would get a full refund or they would give us a $20 food credit, well you can guess what we wanted. After about a week my $47 credit never appeared (lol) so I called the Corporate Office and after leaving numerous voice mails I finally was able to talk to someone and she said she would talk to the owner and see what he wanted to do. After I called a week later I was told I should have brought the food back for them to see, I was also told the beef should have been strained in a colander apparently that didn't happen, in the end all we got was the $20 credited to our account. Very nice restaurant. I ordered and enjoyed the Large Combo. That's no Joke. It's huge!!! 1 taco, 1 cheese enchilada, 1 bean burrito smothered in Green Chile, tamale, rice and beans. Oh My!!! Only negatives of the visit were the chips and salsa are extra but that wasn't the issue. The salsa tasted more like a marinara than a salsa. Being from Texas I am not used to salsa tasting like marinara. I asked the waitress for a side of green Chile and at the end of my meal I observed on my receipt that I had been charged for both the salsa (marinara) and the green Chile. read more

I like their food and prices. What I don't like is the service. Please, please get your wait staff some training. The rule of thumb when eating here is: ask for everything up front-because once your food is served, they don't come back. Ever. You even have to go stand in front of the cash register and ask for your ticket.... Get it to go so you aren't irritated by the lack of service. :( read more

Horrible, right from the start. Nobody would help us. Do you just find a seat or wait till someone sits you. You get lost in the line waiting to pick up the to go orders. 25 minute wait for our food. The only reason I give this establishment one star is I have to to write a review. This is the original I believe. The service at this restaurant is horrendous. The young kids who wait on you here could care less, it's almost an inconvenience for them to do their job. Do not under any circumstances order your food to go. They will screw it up. I've ordered one smothered burrito and received two tacos. I have no idea why I've been here so many times. Loyalty perhaps. I've only ever had their breakfast burritos, but that's all I need to give them five stars. Cheap, filling, and super tasty. Their mild chile is borderline bland, so at least consider half and half unless you just can't take any heat. They rotate the included breakfast meat - I have my favorites, but they're all good.
