    Chicken kebab combo
    Michee D.

Stopped by Santorini Gyro in Rancho Mirage and ordered the chicken kebab combo -- so good. The chicken was juicy, nicely charred, and well-seasoned, not dry at all. You can tell it was grilled with care. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and the portions were solid. The sauces tied everything together perfectly without overpowering the chicken. Simple, flavorful Mediterranean food done right. Service was quick and friendly, and it's an easy spot to come back to when you're craving something satisfying and consistently tasty. Would 100% order the chicken kebab combo again.

Good food and a very large menu selection which is nice. Had the gyro plate and meatball sandwich plate. Both good. Nothing to write home about, but they hit the spot and were quick for to go. Took only 10 minutes for 4 plates of food to come out.

Nice clean place in Rancho Mirage. The chicken kabob was well seasoned and delicious. The side salad was very fresh. I was disappointed with the keftka as it tasted a lot like frozen meatballs that I have had. It was the beginning of the diner shift when we went so it was not busy and the service was good. There is no problem parking since it is in a strip mall.

Driving home from yet another art fest, we stopped to shop for what will be a substantial dinner, but noticed we were both a little hungry, and still did not want to overeat. We were in an Albertsons center and spied this delightful, small Greek restaurant, so we went for some avgolemono soup and a Greek salad. I have had many such soups, have made my own too, but this one was different, less broths and eggy, more chickeny. A large bowl at a reasonable price, packed with diced chicken. Very satisfying. The salad was perfect, substantial and not overdressed with oil and vinegar. Just the right amount. Neither selection came with pita bread slices, and we did not necessarily miss them, but adding a couple pieces might be a good idea. Compared to some of the other Greek and Mediterranean restaurants in the area, this 24-seat charmer is lower priced without being lower quality. We will be back for sure, and if they are filled up, we will do takeout.

    Mild on cheesecake baklava
    Cristina S.

I was traveling for work and wanted Mediterranean food found this place ordered a gyro and salad to go and cheese cake baklava. The food was average. However, the experience was ruined by the cheesecake baklava dessert. About halfway through, I flipped the piece over and saw green dots--it was clearly mold! I was immediately disgusted. Finding mold is a severe health and hygiene issue that completely negates any positives. I will not be visiting this restaurant again, and I urge others to check their food carefully.

My husband and I came here for the second time at this location to have dinner. The service as usual was pretty great, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Food was amazing. We had the lunch special. Gyro with avgolemono soup and a side of spanikopita. Everything was fresh and tasty. Very filling! My husband and I have been too their other 3 locations in the desert as well. Consistently good food. Service was good and the atmosphere made you feel like you were by the water in Santorini. The whole restaurant is decorated in blue tones. Making you feel like you're by the sea.

Stopped here for dinner. The place is small inside but it's a cozy place with nice white table cloth and blue color chairs that makes one feel you're in Santorini . The menu has a lot to offer. We ordered the vegetarian plate #33 that has a sample of dolmades, hummus, falafel, spanakopita, tzatziki, pita bread served with Greek salad-/ it was delicious!

Authentic middle eastern dishes, made to order, like an old Greek Grandmother secret recipes. The make some delightful deserts and sell some Turkish imports. Worth a visit. Ambience and customers and staff all know one another. Nice vibe and not rushed Backlava made with real pistachios for a change!@!

Ordered the New York style hot pastrami on rye with coleslaw and a Dr. Brown's Cream Soda. The pastrami was the highlight. Piled high, tender, and full of that classic deli flavor with just the right amount of richness. The rye bread held everything together well and had a nice bite to it. It's the kind of sandwich you have to take a second to look at before figuring out how to eat it. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp, a good balance to the sandwich, and the cream soda was cold and refreshing. Also ordered a slice of pistachio cake to go. Absolutely delicious. The place has that old school deli feel, busy but in a good way, and full of character. Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. Definitely a spot worth stopping at if you're in Palm Desert and want a proper deli sandwich.

Service was excellent. Seated immediately and ordering minutes later. Got extra cream cheese on request and our coffees were diligently refilled. The main attraction was the pastrami sandwich. Totally to my wife's taste, extremely lean and stacked high. She had to take half home. I tried an omelette with corned beef and loved it. The everything bagel was perfectly acceptable, not too "bready." So: service good, pastrami good, and bagel good. Everything good about a deli is covered.

I especially enjoyed the #14 The House. It's a house-made chicken salad with nuts and cranberries and comes with sprouts, tomato, mayo, salt and pepper on Squaw Bread. The cranberries adds a mild sweetness which balances out the mayo and the nuts adds another layer of crunchy texture and flavor which I loved. If I were to be honest, I wasn't too crazy about their bread. On both sandwiches, it was soft which was good, yet at the same time, just a bit stale. While the sandwiches initially seemed loaded, most of the ingredients are right in the middle of the sandwich where they slice it in half, so while it's very visually appealing, there's basically a ring near the crust of the bread that didn't have much toppings. As far as the Love The Club sandwich. I think they are a bit heavy handed with the salt. The sandwich was too salty. At $33 for two sandwiches, it's also a tad bit pricey. Overall good experience and will be back to try more !
