I met 2 nice and friendly associates plus a customer there who recommended the restaurant's fresh items. The customer said their fish entrees were delicious. Associates work fast during order taking and table service. I ordered the Santorini Calzone. It came with feta, mozzarella, caramelized onion, and garlic dusting. I couldn't tell if caramelized onions was on it. I feel they make their own cheese because it was fresh and loaded. Breading was fresh and baked perfectly. Cheese pull definitely! It was big enough for an adult and child. It came with marinara sauce and ranch. The ranch was a bit more like tartar sauce in my opinion. The restaurant has long been renovated nicely. The place looks nice from outside, aesthetic and modern inside. But. The service is terrible!!! The girl acted like we bothered her every time she came to our table. Since the onset of COVID, I have completely avoided Santorini. I went in, when the Jack Satter House very nearby was the epicenter of the pandemic. As I waited for my order, I saw them not wipe tables between guests, and was livid. Every time I walked by, and saw them empty, while the restaurants around them were full, I thought, That makes sense". My other issue was that I wanted it to be a REAL Greek restaurant, not a kabob shop that also made pizza. Well, turn the clock ahead to yesterday. Someone had dropped off menus in our lobby, so I looked, just out of curiosity. Guess what? It's now a real Greek restaurant! Suddenly, the menu is hugely different. I ordered via GrubHub. It arrived only 18 minutes later. The Avgolemono soup was so hot, I had to blow on it. While it was a little on the salty side, the lemon flavor was prominent, and the rice released it's starch to give it its signature texture. Not adequately spaced. The people at the table behind me are less than an arm length away and Revere is a COVID hotspot. Waitress never checked in on me or anyone else longest she spent with me was when I was paying the bill. The owner, a sweetheart, told me the waitress would be right with me. She never acknowledged me. Owner said she would take my order. Food was delicious but in desperate need of salt and pepper which was not on the table. Would have asked waitress for it had she responded to other customer who repeatedly called out to her trying to pay their bill. But mine she stood there with me while I counted my money.. I'd love to give this 4 stars so hear me out on this. Years ago I worked in Beverly and there was an abundance of great places to get a grill chicken salad. (Mikey's and North Beverly Roast Beef come to mind.) Long story short, life hasn't been the same since I stopped working in that area. Enter Santorini's! We ordered a large cheese pizza and a grilled chicken salad. I was instantly warped back to 2009 and the salad completely kicked ass. Lots of great char on the chicken and all of the ingredients were fresh. Nice cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, and the right amount of feta. Maybe the dressing could have been less watered down but it didn't take from the experience. The pizza... It was a good pizza. Although it did have problems. There was a hole in it and they sent it anyways. It tasted better than some other places in the area but don't expect it to replace old classics. For starters, this restaurant is located on Revere Beach Boulevard and actually has an eat in dining room in addition to the large deck both with fantastic views of Revere Beach. The deck has multiple tables and I would guess seats approximately 40 people as does the dining room . This is where you want to be if your enjoying a nice day at the beach and don't want to dress to eat good food. The dining room is quite spacious with plentiful tables, bathrooms for customers only, a TV and best of all on a hot day A/C. This is also a nice place to enjoy Revere Beach all winter long. The dining room has extensive views of Revere Beach through the large picture windows along the entire front of the restaurant. Santorin's also has it's own parking lot to make it easy to enjoy their cuisine on a busy beach day. This is great if your interested in take out, unlike all the other food spots at this part of the beach. On this visit, I decided on the Fish and Chips ($13.25). I got comfortable at a table facing the large windows overlooking the beach. Luckily there wasn't a lot of traffic on the beach which gave way to a perfect view of the beach. Within 5 minutes I heard them yell out Fish and Chips from behind the register area. I quickly retrieved my order which was served on a heavy disposable plate. The scent of the fish was wonderful. The plate of food looked great too. It comprised of 4 large pieces of fish on top of fries and served with a side of Tarter Sauce and a side of German Coleslaw. The fish was great! It was fried to a perfect crunchy exterior and had large fluffy white pieces of tender fish inside. I will go on record and say that the fish was A-1, as were the fries. Now for the Slaw, I'm a fan! It was crunchy, fresh and had a light creamy sauce a little on the vinegary side which I love. Okey let's talk Tarter, shall we?? There are not many Tarter Sauces that I like as many are just a few ingredients covered in mayo... The Tarter at Santorini's is definitely not that. It was comprised of pickles, spices and a thick creamy sauce that mixed perfectly to become a wonderfully delightful Tarter which was perfect to dip the fries in and put on the fish. I am definitely looking forward to going back and trying the Greek dishes as this is primarily a Greek Restaurant that offers Pizza and Seafood delights. I give Santorini a Solid 4 Stars. read more

However, when paying the bill in cash the waitress kept my change which I didn't really appreciate. All the food here is great. I've had pizza, fish and chips, hamburger, and fish sandwich. But my favorite is the Greek salad. I usually top it off with either salmon or grilled chicken and either way, it's absolutely delicious. The food here is so much better than that more popular spot down the road. The place is very clean, and you can sit either inside or outside. The seating inside also provides a beautiful view of lovely revere beach. Great location with big picture windows right across from Revere Beach. Dining hall is clean and they have outside seating. I wish that I could say that the food is great, but it just isn't. The best you can hope for is 'good' and often it is passable at best. And pretty expensive to boot: for example, $7 for a slice of cake, that is above average but not superlative (and still perhaps the best thing there, IMHO.) Everything else is regularly disappointing. The waitresses are always pleasant but usually very overworked, and it can take forever to get served. The cooks look kind of creepy, but don't judge a book... Why do I still go? Great location is beautiful on a sunny day in winter, and great parking. I am also a huge fan of the pizzas and lamb shish kebab, and my dinner date told me that the fish plate was excellent as well. Santorini has a great location, so if there is a nice weather it's a plus. But let's be real, customer service and nice taste is a must when you go out. This place is using paper menus that is missing pages, the customer service is bad, and the food is simple and plain. My husband eat a chicken kebab and I ate friend shrimps. We ate fries for appetizer and Buffalo wings, nothing amazing. I would not recommend this place unless you want to have a nice view, but that's all. Oh I almost remember we spent $84 just for that!
