When I explained that it looked like a screw or nail and reiterated that my child could have swallowed it, the concern was largely brushed off. Finding a foreign object in food is alarming enough, but the lack of concern and accountability afterward was even more disappointing. Customer safety should be taken seriously, and I left feeling that my concerns were not acknowledged or valued.
