When the manager came over, I was told that the waitress was new and that there is an extra charge for substitutions. The problem is that neither the waitress nor I was informed about this beforehand. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She came across as rude and completely unconcerned when I explained why I was frustrated. I understand businesses have policies, but customers should be informed about additional charges before ordering, not surprised when the check arrives. I'm sharing this review so future customers are aware to ask questions about possible hidden or unexpected charges before ordering. Also, I just want to make a note that I have been coming to Nana, since Panera Bread was still next door, so this change in food quality, prices, and service is very disappointing.
