Jacki was an easy choice given her dizzying resume alone, and the fact that she trains 5 minutes from my house was a no-brainer. I've met a couple of great swimmers who coach, but I've found her style of coaching to be an exceptionally great fit for the way I train and learn. First of all, she's extremely knowledgeable on modern swim technique, and can very clearly explain the choices for what she teaches. Jacki does a great job of breaking down any technique in the context of race strategy (Ideal choices for distance vs sprinting, training, etc), and has helped me a ton with body position and recruiting the right muscles for better efficiency as a well as injury prevention. She's very direct in her communication style, and I've learned a ton in just a few sessions with her. She's helped me break through a number of barriers and created a progression for me in my form that's felt highly productive and effective. 5/5 would definitely recommend to any swimmers looking for private instruction at any level.

She pinpointed issues in my daughter's freestyle strokes and offered solutions. Her explanations were easy to understand and follow. My daughter said that she was able to swim faster in corrected strokes by the end of the session. Jackie also offered good strategies in pacing her 200 free event. My daughter is motivated to do her daily swim in Jacki's approach and check results in swim meet next weekend. We're looking to see Jackie on a regular basis as we feel our daughter will improve tremendously with her instructions.

I was desperate to find someone to teach my son how to swim since we have a pool and wanted him to learn water safety. I found Kristina on yelp and she is AMAAAAAAAAAZING! Her techniques have worked very well. My son cried in his first few lessons, but Kristina was able to build his trust by making lessons fun. It's been 2 months and he has progressed substantially and no longer cries when he gets in the pool. Kristina did so good with my older son that I now have my 1.5 year old taking lessons as well. We have a pool in the backyard and before their lessons with Kristin, the kids were not allowed in the backyard by themselves. My now 7 year old had big fear of going underwater and my 5 year was starting to follow her lead. Kristin is experienced, professional and patient. We watched and learned from her on how to work with our kids different comfort levels and personalities. The kids have a blast in the pool now jumping in and out of the water and swimming like fish. And the best part is seeing how proud the kids are of themselves for overcoming a big fear. Thank you, Kristin!

Kendle Bahl helped teach me the correct form to be able to pass the swim test for my High Schools…read moresurf team. I was struggling in the water when she stopped me and gave me some pointers. We worked together on how to properly do the breaststroke and free style. I was most struggling with the underwater swim. She taught me proper breathing technique and how to kick my legs use my arms. After some extremely helpful lessons together I was able to pass my swim test with ease. Kendle is kind and very easy to work with. She is respectful and pushes me to achieve my best. I am so grateful for Kendle as if it were not for her, I still be just be flapping around in the water.

She even returned our deposit when we realized we couldn't make the schedule work which we really appreciated. She just graduated to Pre Comp and is now a swordfish. My 10 month old started with the parent tot class for 1 month and then we switched to private lessons with Emily and he's doing so good! He's going underwater and learning to float already. I'm here twice a week and see that everyone here works really well with the kids, my children and I all feel comfortable working with any of the amazing instructors :)

Coach Leo has been fantastic with our 3 year old son. We have seen so much progress in his abilities to swim. More importantly, to me, my son is so excited to go to swim lessons. Coach Leo is warm, encouraging, patient, and caring. He always wraps up the lesson with a summary of what was worked on and what is to come in the future. He is a wonderful addition to the Watersafe team. We will always be thankful for the invaluable lessons he's teaching our son. Unlike me, Kelley continued swimming regularly in her adult years. I knew she was the perfect person to contact to help me complete my personal goal of swimming the 1-mile open water swim event, "Sharkfest" last year.
