PARKING: In downtown Eagle is a bear but there is a lot sort of "downhill" from the shop and parking on downtown streets. ACCESSIBILITY: If you need to avoid stairs at entry, you'll need to find street parking on Aiken and enter from the sidewalk. (See photo) The path of travel inside at the counter is ample for wheelchair users. I couldn't tell if the bases of the round tables would allow wheelchair users to pull up to the table. The uni-loo was not marked with access symbol and I didn't check it but given the space is new it should be ADA compliant if you're planning ahead. OTHERS: If you're looking for more sweet and savory baked options in Eagle, you might also consider Bella Biscotteria on State Street. Professional baker, broad offerings including Euro style pastries. But it lacks the locaton-location-location benefit of this shop and has no seating or table service.

Hard to describe the flavor. The jalapeño bagel was great. It could've used more cheddar and jalapeño like Albertsons down the street, but the bagel was excellent. Just little chopped up pieces of jalapeño resident slices. I toasted it with just butter and was very happy with it. Sarah's bagels are a bit less money than Panera Bread and a little more than a grocery stores but if you want to splurge on a bagel, I recommend them Not a fancy place, but there are some tables and it looks like groups get together and have bagels and coffee there in the morning I was in and out quickly and got my bagels to go. There were also bags of day old bagels, five dollars for six. Roughly half price. If you're not gonna use them for a day or two might as well get the older ones.

The gal behind the counter grabbed my bear claw. Paid for it and made me way out. On my way to the car, I couldn't help but be baffled to how light the box was. I got into my car and opened the box up. Bro, to call this pastry in this to go box a bear claw has to be a joke. A bear claw to me is big, palm size. Multiple people handling a big claw size. I was so disappointed at how tiny this bear claw was. Honestly, to have it be called bear claw is criminal work. And to have it be pushing 5 bucks is criminal work too. PLAN TO BUY AND GO: Too small a space inside for seating and only enough outside for maybe a couple of seats, so this is a buy and take away format. ACCESSIBILITY: That I have posted 22 photos of this bakery since it opened in 2021 to now, it is evident that I am a fan of the offerings and also an avid supporter of mom-n-pop local businesses. But I am also a customer with disabilities and given the ADA will turn 36 years old this month, it is also an appropriate time to say why they seldom get my business anymore. It is all about the location's small parking lot with angled spaces and only one ADA compliant spot at the far end, near a hair salon, with often someone parking (illegally) in the striped access aisle. The only way for a wheelchair user to get up on to the walkway to get into the doors of the shops is through that access aisle and when it is blocked, so am I. For that reason, this good business has largely lost my business. Alas. I thought I'd get lunch and more…read more the store/dining area is fairly plain but extremely clean. there's a counter where they take orders and sev refrigerated cases to browse for take home food and desserts. I ordered a salad with steak for the protein. I got the tzatziki dressing on it. I asked for extra cucumbers and dressing. I ended up.with too much for the small amount of greens. Salad was tasty and the steak was great--very tender. The salad dressing is nice, however a little goes a long way. I opted for brown rice as the base. I'd eat that ag, but thought $10.75 was a little much. Most all of the takeout items are in the $9-12 range. I got their ver of a pizza. It was okay. i am not a fan of turkey pepperoni. There was ground beef too that was good. But not enough sauce so I thought it was dry. The meals all had between 32 to 50 grams protein. I recommend their PROTEIN BALLS. In the $6 range for 6. They last a long time in your refrigerator so you don't need to use them right away. They're full of oats, whey protein and other good things. I got peanut butter and Oreo flavors. Both were good and I could easily eat them all. I had a peanut butter protein shake too good if in a hurry but not sweet. If you Are in the area, its a healthy change from burgers.
