The gal I spoke with was super nice and even said to drive safe. It's a very nice place, clean, tv's all around & all the employees were super nice! Sardella's was my favorite pizza growing up. I haven't had them in years! but boy did they change. I got a coupon for a free small pizza... I'm so glad it was free. The crust is so thin and they have a pound of cheese... I love cheese but this is insane. And when I reheated it the crust is non existent and I'm basically eating cheese. They offered a large heart-shaped pizza, a box with 6 chocolate chip cookies, and a rose. We ordered two pizzas, and so we got two of everything. Here is another in a long line of GREAT reviews for this location! Today, I was met by Paige at the counter. She was not only well prepared, but she was VERY helpful in helping with my order. Had a constant smile and a great sense of humor. Just a PHENOMENAL job of customer service! Even better as I walked in during their busiest time of day. From there, I met Omar (the manager) who checked on me to see that my order was to my liking. Then it was Viv, who brought out my additional pasta, RIGHT ON TIME! This is NOT a joke. They just get people! Although Tonya and Christian were not directly involved in my order, they were working very hard to churn out other customer orders. All in All, there is not a more pleasant location to have a GREAT dinner with a very reasonable price. If you have not been to this location, make the drive. IT'S SO WORTH IT! I must've stood in front of that menu for ten minutes, constantly changing my mind before finally deciding on the Buffalo chicken pizza. What I like about this place is that they are prompt with their orders. I got a large pizza and and 20 boneless wings. The boneless wings cost me $28 which is $1.40 per wing. They looked and tasted oddly like those frozen chicken tenders that you might find in a Costco or Albertsons. I really like thin pizza because the outer crust of the pizza is so thin and crispy. This place managed to make the outer crust as fluffy as it were normal crust which really sucked. I also find it odd that the boxes they have are huge; my large pizza looked quite small inside the box. A large, 2 topping pizza normally costs $18.50. I was able to use a discount and got my whole order to come out to $42.39. I definitely recommend buying from here only if you can get a discount. The prices are pretty high. read more

We have eaten at all locations of Sardella's. THIS location is always an experience, not just a meal!! The employees at this location must be sprinkled with magic dust. They really are impressive every single time!!! It is by far our favorite location!! The sausage on the pizza is amazing!! It reminds me of a place called "Little Louie's" that used to be on Thomas and 43rd Avenue many decades ago when we were kids. My sister agrees, the sausage at Sardella's and the now closed Little Louie's is the best!! The meatballs in their spaghetti are so big and tasty!! Forget your standard Italian restaurant. Spend less here and get a tastier spaghetti meal! There meatballs have a sausage flavor to them. They give you plenty of marinara sauce and some fresh garlic twisted bread too! Been going to Sardellas since they opened at 19th and Union Hills and have ALWAYS been a loyal customer. Over the years though(especially recently) the quality has gone down. Between messed up orders, coupon codes not working, and rude employees, I'm done. On Saturday I thought I would use my Employer's grub hub account to order a pizza and that was my first mistake. The price of your pizza exceeded my credit so you charged my credit card which is fine and the receipt actually had the last 4 digits of my credit card and my name listed as Shannon H. I went up to the counter and told the guy my name and that it was a grub hub order for Shannon. I reached for the pizza as he was handed it to me and then he abruptly said: "I need to see the app and your name" well the app does NOT have my name on it. It just says hello Shannon and has the receipt, order number, and my first name(just like on the pizza box) He insisted that I show him my name on the app and became angry because they were "so busy" Well naturally his attitude and anger provoked a response in me so I offered to show him the card I used to order it or my ID and he got frustrated and just shoved the pizza at me. If one of my people EVER treated a customer like that they would be fired. I have told as MANY people as I can about this person and I believe his name is Robert based on other negative experiences. Anyways good job on losing multiple life long customers. Maybe it's time for Sardellas to get out of the game since this is NOT the same family owned business we have frequented for decades. I haven't had Sardella's for quite a while so I was shocked as to the experience I had. To start, the pizza has gone down hill. I used to love their pizza but moved out of state and was excited to be back in town and get their pizza. I might as well have gotten Pizza Hut or domino's for this quality. I also got the wings and they weren't special either. They were dry and I was told I had to pay for sauce on the wings. Surprising that ranch came with them but not sauce. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for sauce at any wing establishment. I was also charged for the wrong order. I got what I was charged for, but it wasn't what I ordered.
