It glees me to know that Sardi's is a delicious meal for many. My mentee and his little sister requested Sardi's and this location was closest to their home. The service here by Jackie and her team during our visit was delightful. The line on a random weekday was almost out the door and traffic for to-go orders went non stop at this location as I waited in line to order, nearly all the booths and tables taken. Wow. As whole chickens roast over charcoal in view, trays of the side offerings are constantly replenished. The menu board flexes many options with variety of combinations, including family meals. 10.17.24 Hubby ordered takeout which consisted of 1/2 chicken with fries and rice and beans as sides. I eat dark and he likes white meat so it works out perfectly for us. Everything was delish although it sucks that dark meat always has less meat. Wish there were a Sardi's closer to us in Columbia. I always get the 1/4 white but tonight I got the bang bang skewers and they were delicious. Great value, too. I'm obsessed with the spicy vinaigrette- it's perfect for the side salad (always good and fresh) and I use it on the chicken too. I've never had a negative experience. My sister, who lives in Glen Burnie, has been raving about Sardi's for quite some time. Living in Baltimore county, I do not have a location that is particular close to me, but I am glad that I stopped into this location to give them a try. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. If there was a location closer to me, Sardi's would be my go-to spot for Peruvian. The chicken was absolutely delicious! It was very flavorful and cooked perfectly! For my side, I had the rice, yucca and the brussel sprouts. While all of the sides were good.....the brussel sprouts were AMAZING, easily the best I have ever had! I have no idea if the crispy chicken sandwich is any good. I took my kid in to get alfahores that they love and decided to order a sandwich. They told me it would take 15 minutes and I was willing to wait. 30 minutes later and after the pick-up order cashier went to check on it, I gave up and went to Royal Farms to get a sandwich there instead. As we drove past Sardi's on the way home, 15 minutes later, I stopped out of curiosity. By then, the sandwich and fries were ready! I still have no idea if it was any good since I gave it to the homeless person hanging outside the entrance: ask them. If you go there and your food has to be prepared, my advice is to bring something to eat while ​you wait. read more

As good as it was before! It's been weird readjusting to places and how they might have changed during the pandemic. Some have changed to only focus on take out, and have changed their menu completely to go with that; some places have changed their hours; some places have changed nothing; and some places are no longer with us (RIP so many good places). Sardi's is the third category: They really haven't changed anything. There's glass around the counter, and they have social distancing enforced with minimal seating inside, but you still get the same great Sardi's experience: rotisserie chickens, great sides, delicious sauce, and very friendly employees. I got the same as last time, to really be able to compare the experience: half chicken, Brussels sprouts, fried rice. The chicken was still juicy with a delicious herb and spice blend on the skin (all of which was mmmm when dipped into the yellow sauce). The fried rice was pretty normal fried rice, but cooked well. And the Brussels sprouts were soft in the middle with a little bit of crunch on the outside. If you are reading this and haven't gone here yet, I have to ask...why? read more

I believe this is a local maryland chain. This is a Peruvian brassiere. The meat are all cooked on a grill stick over fire. You choose your meat and then the sides. Very chipotle style. I went for a lunch special and chose broccoli and fried plantains with a half a chicken. Chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. The broccoli was steamed all the way through. The family and I ate at Sardi's in College Park couple years ago and we loved the foods. We finally made it back to Sardi's but at the Glen Burnie location. We went there straight from the airport. We ordered pork chop plate, lamb chop plate, and steak plate. All the meats were juicy, flavourful, and tender. The sides of black beans, white rice, fried rice, plantains, and roasted veggies were excellent. Counter serviceuce was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We enjoyed the lunch so such, we ordered the 1 and half chicken combo meal to go for dinner. The only downer was the prices had gone up significantly since out last visit. We will be back because Sandi's has the best Peruvian chicken and sides that we have ever eaten. read more

I had lunch with friends here recently. I had the quarter chicken white with Chaufa and beans and plantains. Chaufa is the Peruvian version of fried rice. The food was tasty and the chicken was so much tastier than Lima's. It was roasted to perfection. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean and neat even if it doesn't have much for atmosphere. One of my friends had the fish sandwich (don't ask me why) but it was supposedly good although it took about 20 minutes to prepare. The rest had chicken with various sides and everyone was satisfied with their orders. I would eat here again. read more

Story time: I've been coming here for two years and honestly it's hit or miss. I still go hoping this day it will be a hit. That my $45 will be well spent lol but I find myself let down every time with at least one side that just isn't good. Well, Mothers Day I was down with a respiratory infection just left patient first but still need to feed the family so I grab some Sardis. The worst ever and my last time spending money there. It's just not worth it to me. I'm not one to complain but I purchased 3 extra sauces that I was reassured were in the bag. They were not. The chicken was over cooked had no flavor and chewy, the string beans and Brussels sprouts had no flavor. I means what a let down! So I thought to myself let me actually call and give them this feedback because I don't have $45 to throw around. This is crazy. I call and the "manager" answers letting me know she can't do anything because this happen exactly one week ago. I explained to her I get that, I was actually sick and out of work for a week so that would be MY reason. No empathy, no offer to make it right in any way. All the money I spend there for 2 years like they actually see my face 2 times a month, meant nothing lololol So they lost a few customers at this location. Laurel is my favorite. First time eating there today, I have to say I was really impressed the way the service was and how the inside was clean. Most places like that would be nasty, like they didn't clean in weeks. But this place was nice. The men's bathroom was clean to. The staff was nice and very professional when it came to customer service. The lady's was smiling and helpful. The dining room area was clean and very chill to eat at. Only one problem in the dining area there where to many tables and chairs. If you sit at one you will have the people squeezing pass you just to get to another table. If they would take out one or two tables and chairs, the walk space will open up. I can't believe I am going to say this but the food there was amazing, way better then the one place on easton Avenue in the City. Hand down. The chicken was the way it should be. Amazing and juicy. Just go. I ordered a half chicken meal ($12) that came with 2 sides. The sides were practically spilling out of the container, they definitely don't shortchange you on the portions. Chicken was soooo good and the sauce it came with complemented it well (I got the mild white sauce). My sides were white rice and black beans, and roasted potatoes. I have enough leftover to eat half the chicken breast and sides for lunch tomorrow. I love when I can get 2 meals out of one order! The food was really good and had a good portion. My only complaint would be the chicken to sauce ratio on the gyro. There was so much chicken and not enough tzatziki sauce. I work in PG County....in the Temple Hills area, so I was introduced to Sardi's by the location in that area. When I found out that a location was opening right in my town of Glen Burnie, I was ecstatic. Matter of fact, since this location has opened, I went through a period where I was here weekly every Sunday after church. It was so bad that I had to tone it down. What I love about Sardi's is that the chicken is cooked to perfection every single time. I usually get a quarter chicken with white meat and the meat is not dry at all. Most importantly, the chicken is seasoned really well. And speaking of well-seasoned, the vegetables are all seasoned really well. They're not overcooked and soggy but they're seasoned to perfection. Some of my favorite sides are the fried rice, roasted potatoes, plantains, green beans, and brussel sprouts with carrots. All of it is irresistibly good. Then to make matters even better, they have all these yummy sauces to pick from. I usually stick to the traditional green and yellow sauces. I like the green sauce with my chicken. The green sauce has a little kick but it's not overly spicy. The yellow sauce is mild and I like dipping roasted potatoes in it. Whatever you choose, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Maybe one day, I'll venture out and spread my Sardi's wings and try something other than the chicken. The service can be hit or miss but you won't be disappointed with the food. read more

i can understand them making the food but, was very displeased that couldnt give me refund or a certificate of some kinda sense i couldnt get bc i lost my keys which was kinda headed towards closing. To me they lost a customer after that, and calling chow now for them just to tell me that they wont refund me. shouldve just said from the jump.
