I reached out to Furniture & Repairs for a couple or recliners that my grandmother needed repaired. They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. Very satisfied with their professionalism and genuine kindness towards my almost 90 year young grandmother. Thanks guys.

I called them and asked what happened about scheduling an appointment. They said they forgot and were too busy. I finally scheduled an appointment. Two days later the same receptionist called me and said "do you wanna schedule an appointment? I said "no", I'm already scheduled and said I'm scheduled in 3 days. The day of my appointment, the tech said they were going to arrive at 2 PM. They did not arrive till 3:30 PM. After all that, they did not fix the problem. I will never use this company again.

The guy was incredibly nice and welcoming when I came in. It was done in a week and when I came back, not only did they reupholster the ottoman to perfection, they also made a slip cover with the extra fabric (at no charge), which fits like a glove when you slip it on. It's rare to get great customer service like that now days! Highly recommend!

I spent some time looking for the right shop to do the work. Jamie walked me through the process and answered all of my questions, and offered a very reasonable price considered the chairs needed to be stripped down to the frame and springs, not only replacing the fabric, but all of the framing foam as well. Quite Disappointed! Initially customer service was good. He responded to my inquiries and seemed…read moregenuinely helpful. This gave me confidence in us using his services. The slings were well-done, however the positive aspects ended there. Chris also took a chair from my father-n-law's patio table set and to fix one of the straps along with 2 chaise lounges that needed new slings. As you can see in the picture below that the repair was subpar. After picking up our chaise lounge chairs to get to get new slings we get a text from Chris telling us he needs to do a welding repair and he's not going to charge us to do the repair because it was a pleasure speaking to me in person. Now, I am confused because there was no damage to the frame and inquired about what needed welded, He replied, "It happened during installation. Sometimes welds pop of frames. We usually charge for repairs." The possibility of welded never specified, so I'm thinking why would someone pay if it this happened during the repair? Secondly, he had told me that the price would be less if we paid cash and denied making that statement. I expressed that we really wanted my in-laws to see there patio done when they got home from a hospital stay. Chris picked up the chairs on April 27th and said May 18th should not be an issue. Now, on May 20th and then the 22nd I am asking if we can meet him at their house so get the furniture. No response, so I text and call again on the 23rd and 24th. Finally, he tells me Sunday, the 26th. He dropped the 2 chaise lounges off, one with the poor quality welding repair, and did not bring the chair that needed the strap repair. He said he would drop the missing chair off on June 1st. I ask if he could please be so kind to give an ETA so someone could be there because we didn't want my father-n-law to attempt to move anything. No response, just left it June 2nd in the entryway of their house. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your patio furniture needs. There are many other businesses that other better quality work and superior customer service. After paying $687 you would expect better quality work and communication. We had already referred 2 people who were going to use his service and after our experience they went elsewhere and suggested you do too!
