I started with the sake flight and my husband had the whiskey flight. For our meals, we decided to do the tasting meal so we would have a variety of foods. Both the drinks and food were beyond exceptional. I couldn't tell you my favorite dish because everything was just so good. Even though the portions were small, by the time we left, we were absolutely stuffed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to celebrate something special, or want a great experience. I'm definitely going to tell friends and family they should visit as well.

It's light and filling. The ramen bowls are rich and the miso vegetarian Ramen is much more bold, flavorful than I had expected. The carrots and roots were caramelized with a sweetened hint. The miso eggplant is served as well cooked Japanese eggplant with a light tempura treatment and somewhat sweet miso glaze. Not too heavy, but still delicious and nicely textured. The broccoli was perfectly cooked with lots of flavor. It made for a nice pairing. In terms of beer, they had a few different local beers on tap. I went for a local pale ale. Great. In any case, this place is highly recommended. I suspect their vegetarian ramen would probably be pretty good, but that was a little heavier than what I was looking for.
