Food is always good and service is fine. Prices have gone up quite a bit and the portions have gotten smaller recently.

I have eaten the Hibachi chicken and fried rice with carrots from a lot of different place, this by far was the worst. I can't describe the flavor but I can tell you I hadn't eaten for a good 15 hours and this was still inedible. On top of that the shrimp sauce was watery and tasted old. Don't even get me started on the crab rangoons...basically fried sugar cheese with no crab. Would NOT recommend and it's hard to mess this food up. OKAY!! This is hands-down my favorite fast food hibachi restaurant ever. The food did not take very long(8-10min), the ingredients taste fresh and the flavors are what you would want/expect from a hibachi dinner. My shrimp chicken and mushrooms flew right down my throat from start to finish. Also I must say the egg rolls are beyond good and are also the best I've ever had. Only here in town for work for the night but might have to make a pit stop on my way out! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my order had something missing from it but that won't stop me from coming back. read more

I really don't understand the 5 star reviews for this place. I went in with high hopes but was severely disappointed. At first glance, I felt slightly sketched out based on the simple appearance and lack of sushi bar. I put my judgements aside and ordered, hoping for the best. It turns out I should have trusted my gut. I ordered a crab roll, with "real crab" but what I got tasted more like shredded cardboard. I ate it to be polite, but I did not enjoy it at all and probably should have sent it back. My boyfriend ordered salmon and was given tuna. After requesting a replacement, which was granted, the man behind the counter stared directly at us for the remainder of our meal. It was definitely an interesting experience but I do not plan on returning. Would not recommend. read more

This is a good local Japanese place for a quick fix. I got the steak and shrimp with broccoli. My friend got the chicken with mushrooms. I liked how the steak and the shrimp were prepared and the quality of the ingredients. The fried rice was good also and the portion was a good size and the price reasonable. I paid $12 for a combination and a drink. My only issues were there was not enough flavor in the rice and the broccoli had been steamed before being stir fried into my meal which made it too mushy. I love to get the steak and shrimp with carrots! It's very good and very convenient:) I usually call ahead and by the time I get there from my house the food is always ready and makes me soo hungry from smelling it on the ride home. It's not expensive and it's really great. My only complaint is that they tend to put all of the soy sauce and white sauce on the bottom of the bag and it busts/ spills every time unless you ask them to give it separate or on top. I 100% recommend, just remember to ask for the sauce on the top of the bag;) read more

Friendly staff. Good sushi. Good tuna quality for the area. Competitively priced. Orange chicken was crispy, but lacked much orange flavor. Carrots were not hot but were sweet. Rice is flavored with interesting spices. Not bad...just different. It needs a face-lift and a good deep cleaning. The fans should be removed or replaced. Also, the ceiling panels need to be replaced. The menu selection is good. Lots of items to choose from. I would suggest going here if you're in Fletcher already. I've passed by this place for the better part of the year and never tried it. I usually get my sushi from Ingles or Publix because it's quick...no more. I was picking up my dog from Hound Hut just down the road when I called in an order of sushi. I asked how long it would take and the lady said 5 minutes. Since I was only 3 minutes away, I prepared to go in and wait for my food. By the time I walked in, my 2 rolls were done and I was out the door 3 minutes after that. I ate my food about 2 hours later and it was AMAZING!! Great quality, taste, and customer service! I'm actually getting takeout from there tonight too!! read more

Not the best, but definitely not the worst either. Very friendly service, they appear to do mostly carry-out. There are tables if you want to eat there. I like the steak and shrimp hibachi. It comes with grilled steak, shrimp and mushrooms, carrots and rice. Well priced at $10, somewhat healthy and a decently sized portion... Big enough that I shared it with my 4-year-old and we still brought home a to-go box.
