It's been awhile since I've had Sarpino's, but the new vegan menu instantly caught my eye. We ordered for dinner tonight and it was pretty good. Their pizza isn't cheap, but you can find coupons on their website under "specials" that make it a bit more affordable. My husband and I shared a vegan vegetarian pizza with added Beyond (vegan meat brand) sausage. It was a lot of toppings on a thick crust so it wasn't as crispy as I normally like. Next time we'll go for less toppings and order on thin crust. We also had an order of vegan breadsticks. Those were great! The sauce cups on the side are marked with a little "v" for vegan. Their regular pizza sauce is not vegan, so if you have dietary restrictions please double check you've got the right one. The kids had a regular pepperoni pizza and I haven't heard any complaints. They also liked the breadsticks and my daughter ate a slice of the vegan pizza without any hesitation. I'm love seeing restaurants add vegan options! Even better when they are clearly marked on the menu and when they are delivered to you. Sometimes it can be difficult to know if you actually received the vegan option, but I have no doubt that Sarpino's did everything correctly. Our driver was friendly and prompt. Our order arrived 15 minutes sooner than we thought it would. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is their prices are high compared to the other chain pizza places and our crust was a tad soggy. Nothing that would stop us from ordering again, but we definitely make changes to our order next time. read more

The carry out special personal (8") one topping pizza with 20 oz. beverage was a good deal at $5.99. My pizza was ready in about 13 minutes, with a good amount of flavorful pepperoni, plenty of tasty cheese, a good sauce, and a very nice, crunchy on the edges crust. The service was welcoming, helpful, and appreciative. There was a counter with four stools, and background music coming from the kitchen. Otherwise, this was a take out and delivery location. When I moved, we were given a coupon for a free pizza. We don't eat a lot of pizza, but decided to take advantage of the savings. We added a Spinach Salad for our order. The delivery came in the amount of time we expected. The Spinach Salad was so good, we're still talking about it weeks later. We got sausage and mushroom pizza. When i first got there they took my bfs order and didn't ask if we were together or not so i stood back cause i had my own order. But he didn't ask so he went to the back and started making my bfs pizza so i say excuse me we have another order and i said a medium pepperoni pizza half of it with jalapeños on it and a thing of BBQ wings and he repeated my order back to me. "Pep with half jalapeños and BBQ WINGS. When we get our order we didn't get no wings and he put fucking BBQ on my damn pizza. Like who tf gets BBQ on pizza anyway? Oh-em-gee. I ordered via UberEATS, it was a little pricey, but I don't regret it one bit. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza (this is how I test pizza Erika, with the basics :)), hot wings, cheesy breadsticks with olive oil for dipping. The pizza had amazing flavor and it didn't fast cheap, the wings, however needed more sauce; they were on the dry side. The cheesy breadsticks were amazing and tastes even better with some olive oil. 5 Stars, specifically for their meatball sandwich. Best in town! I finally found a meatball sandwich where the bread is not over-toasted, and the sauce, meatballs, and cheese, are delicious, and are in just the right amounts for that perfect meal. We're so attached to the meatball sandwich now, that we've only tried one other item of Sarpino's - the Pepperoni Pizza, on thin crust. It was very tasty also. I'd really like to try a Margherita style pizza next, because I'm very picky about those as well. But we'll have to see if I can give up the sandwich for one trip first. read more

My friend ordered this pizza for a small birthday party. It was $50 and it was just a pizza with breadsticks. That wasn't even that bad, like we were willing to pay more for it, but it was 40 minutes late (like almost an hour & a half after we ordered it) and it was cold when it got here. I prefer local pizza places and not chains but Sarapinos has that local feel because staff is so dedicated and personable. I've never had bad service. It is carry out or delivery only. Crust is delicious and slightly chewy. It is one of the few chains that offers sliced sausage as a topping. The salads are real salads with great toppings. Not just iceberg lettuce with some cheese on it. Menu is huge and a wide variety. Plus you can't beat the hours. read more

I have ordered delivery from Sarpino's several times in the last few months..But the pizza tonight was hardly what I was expecting. I ordered a Taco Pizza.. Couldn't taste any seasoning that resembled a taco flavor. The cheese was almost nonexistent. Meat not anything you could see. More tomatoes than anything and lettuce. Without that there was nothing but a crust..Maybe a vegetarian was making this. Wouldn't order this again ever. Ordered delivery online from my iPhone Friday night. This was our first time trying Sarpinos. I instantly liked the place because they had an easy to use and clean mobile interface. Everything worked and was intuitive. They also had text message updates which I liked. I hoped the pizza was as good as the ordering experience. They did not disappoint. We had one large House Special and one Greek pizza. There was an online special for $26. It was more expensive than using a coupon elsewhere but once we had the first bite it seemed like a deal. I love this place!!! Always fast, always convient and the delivery guys are polite and go out of their way to fix any problems. I've only had one so far (I order delivery about twice a month). Let me say that my delivery driver was amazing. I thank her for all of her help. I used to love this place and I will say that the food is amazing. However when it comes to mistakes and customer service-they lack the ability to show they truly care about their customers. They told me that I didn't get my sandwich because they didn't make it. My choices to make it better was...we can deliver it or give you a credit you for another time. Seriously? My total bill was over $90. Not let me credit that charge back to your account and make sure we get that out to you right away. The manager I spoke with wouldn't give me his name and told me that as a manager he didn't know the number to corporate so I could speak to someone else to rectify the situation. The salads are amazing and the pizza is amazing (I moved and miss this pizza so much). The pasta dishes are good and filling. The calzones are huge and best to be prepared to share (even the regular sized ones) or save half for the next day at lunch lol. The prices may seem a little higher than other place for pizza, pasta or salad BUT its so worth it. Bought 2 large salads here last night and the one was ok but the other one was gross. The lettuce was bad and they used mostly the bottom of the romaine lettuce I asked for extra tomato's never got them nor the extra olives I asked for . I placed an order today and the order showed up incorrect so instead of offering to replace it with the correct item they made me feel guilty to needing a second trip. When the driver called his manager, she was yelling so loud people from my office in the next conference room could hear her on the phone. This food is pretty good, but the website for ordering food is so frustrating that this restaurant is not worth the hassle. For example, in their mailed advertisements, Sarpinos offers a 15% discount for ordering online, but when I tried (on both a Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers) they had configuration error messages show up blocking any way to apply the discount. You also cannot apply the Deals/Specials they advertise once you start building your order-- so if you forget you have to completely start over. There are many screens with no back button, and many broken links. Also, there is a lot of missing functionality on their Mobile website, so make sure you use a laptop. I work in IT and am computer savvy and it takes me about 5x longer to get an order through to Sarpinos than any other online food ordering, plus the frustration of being overcharged 15% compared to what's advertised. When I decide to order pizza, it's usually because I want a quick and minimal effort dinner --- not to waste 45 minutes troubleshooting a poorly designed, untested website. There are many other equally good pizza options that come with a lot less effort. read more
