He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I left with a gorgeous, champagne low-pile deluxe rug from New Zealand. These are treated so they are hand washable or machine-washabke on delicate with a special cleaning wash specifically for these. This treasure will last my lifetime and be handed down to my children. I paid close to $200 for a pair of Hoka's that were supposed to have excellent arch support. They failed after 10 months. Manufacturer asked for numerous photos of the shoes. Their reply was 'we see no unusual wear'. Arch support is internal and can be seen in photos. Even the employee of Mile 26 acknowledged an arch support issue. Very disappointed in Hoka's warranty support! No longer a Hoka customer or advocate!!
