Our groomer came to groom her in the Spring of 2021. He brought her when he finished up, walked into our home, and Abbey was bleeding profusely, she was shaking her head, and blood was going everywhere. I asked George Barth, owner of Tally Ho Groomers what happened. He said he cut her nose. He told me to put her outside a couple hours; and that she would be fine. She was everything but fine. She had nosebleeds that afternoon and that night. I contacted our local vet. Abbey's nose bleeds went on for an entire year. A year filled with many vet visits to and from our local vet and to our local Blue Pearl Vet Hospital in New Castle. They gave me every excuse known to man why Abbey could be having these nosebleeds. I didn't buy what they were selling me; because Abbey was healthy and happy and full of life before this happened. Vet trips became more frequent, as did Blue Pearl Vet hospital visits; all due to this year full of nosebleeds. Not once did the groomer call us, email or text me. Not a visit after the fact, to ask how Abbey was doing. I took pics and video's of Abbey's year of pure hell. Hell that she didn't deserve to go through. I contacted the groomer, and told him how hurt, how devasted I was, and we were. I went through an entire year of hell with Abbey's nosebleeds. The pictures to this day are a constant reminder of what a POS this groomer is. This groomer should be out of business. Please help me if you're able. I would greatly appreciate it! I have contacted our local paper since this all happened. Abbey lies in a grave in our backyard; a grave that she shouldn't be buried in. I promised Abbey justice; and I plan to get it one way or the other. The vet and hospital bills were astronomical. Obviously; the man has ice pouring through his veins; has no heart and be put out of business. I have made this very clear on Facebook, Yelp and other Media Outlets. I love the service here. I've been using Heads to Tails for years...both for dogs and cats…read more We have a long haired cat that gets matts on his "underside" so we have his belly shaved. Carol has us bring him in, in the early morning to avoid our cat having to deal with the noise of the dogs, which I think is very considerate, since this is an already stressful situation for most animals. Carol always does such a great job, shows a lot of patience and does what we weren't able to do...get our kitty to stay still during the process. Carol also runs the Furminator through our cat to smooth out his back and tail. He always looks so handsome when she's done and I have no doubt he is so much more comfortable during the summer months.

Really make the dogs feel like they are visiting a home. Ginger tends to be nervous and stressed around other dogs. But she settled in quickly and hung out all morning between her "spa" treatments. It was about 6 ladies behind the counter talking one on the phone so this doesn't include her. One sat behind the counter with her body facing away from me talking to the other ladies. Nobody took the time to even acknowledge I was there. Even with seeing me walk through the door! It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Finally after two minutes someone stated I had to go to another building. This was a very poor example of customer service and decency! Funny I was looking for a place to take my dog. We…read morehave explored many groomers that gel with her, and she can tolerate them.  We came across Jennifer on Linkined and encouraged Bini to be on her best behavior for their first grooming session.  The location takes some navigating but Jennifer communicated with us quickly to find the salon.  While this is a small business, the grooming was better than others Bini has had. Bini came back to us with a cute puppy look that got the hair out of her eyes but still made her look adorable. She has had challenges with maintaining her coat and not getting matted. We will be back to Jennifer for future appointments and possibly with friends in tow.
