I had my hair done with a balayage from Ashley and she was amazing!!! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and constantly kept asking if I was comfortable or needed any breaks. I appreciate her hospitality and I absolutely love my hair!!!! Thanks Ashley

    Shade matching was Amazing!!

I had an amazing experience at Sasha Salon with Ashley Cochran!! She made it such a comfortable and fun atmosphere! I came in wanting to retouch my roots that were grown out, cause I have all pink hair and dark roots. She helped me out big time and communicated with me to achieve exactly what I wanted!! Thanks Ashley I absolutely love it!!

Touch-up for summer sun kissed vibes. NAILED IT!

I've been hesitant for years about coloring my hair, but finally decided to just go for it. Anna did my first ever salon dye and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. We talked about what kind of look I wanted and what best technique to achieve it. We decided on a balayage and I LOVE it. Not only is she so easy to talk to, but she has a true interest in people and so much knowledge about hair! She answered my zillion questions and made the whole experience feel like she was doing it WITH me. We've all had those experiences where you feel like a stylist isn't really listening... not the vibe here at all. I've gone back for touch ups and blow drys and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Anna will take the best care of you!!!

Oozing and raw second degree burns after balayage

‼CAUTION‼ SEVERE OOZING SCALP BURN, PERMANENT HAIR LOSS AND BALD SPOT!!! I came in for a balayage appointment on Saturday 11/12. My appointment was with Jenny. Unfortunately, my scalp got severely burned in the process (2nd degree burns. I didn't realize how bad it was as I've never experienced a burned scalp before. Once I left the salon the pain wasn't going away and I felt the back of my head and the hair was clumped and hard (because my burns were raw and oozing a clear sticky liquid). I had a doctor appointment that Monday, 11/15, and I was told I have second degree burns as a result. I also followed up with a specialist who did a punch biopsy of the burn spot and the result came back showing no live hair follicles. Prior to starting the hair coloring process, I had indicated that I've never had my hair dyed before. However no patch test was performed. I also expressed a concern of anything that could potentially irritate my scalp touching the skin. Which is why I opted for a balayage as I've read that it doesn't touch the scalp and the process doesn't use foils. However, Jenny, the hair dresser told me she does her balayage using foils, as I am not a professional, I trusted her. She placed the heat lamps next to my head and left. Which is when my scalp got burned. One of the most baffling things to me is I have reached out to the salon via email starting on Tuesday, November 15th (as they are closed Sunday's and Mondays) I attached photos and explained what happened, at that time not knowing that this would be a permanent hair loss situation. I expressed that I do not think I should have been charged for this and I asked Sasha to either call me or reply via email, I ended up following up about 4 more times in the past couple of months giving the salon the opportunity to make this better. I never got a single response, nothing even acknowledging my emails. I went to the salon to get more confidence and as result my confidence is shattered my hair volume feels like it is half of what it used to be and I have a permanent bald spot! All of which I was charged money for. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Salon ever again. And hopefully my review can serve as a caution to others.

    Blow out by Ashley

Super blow out done by Ashley! My hair is thick and somewhat curly but she managed to do this amazing blow out, it was a week of having my dream hair! Nice salon inside too with lots of space and good lighting, and a friendly atmosphere.

I love my hair color and Sabah. I've received compliments from home, work and the gym like never before. . I waited so long and I'm truly appreciative of the professional service, on time , and she diligently parts and carefully putting each hair strands in place/aluminum foil. My scalp never feels hot . I can't wait for my next hair color appointment. Thank you ! Love.. love ..!

The end result. It looks like a faded look for what a pastel purple would look like not what I wanted
    Alexandra D.

I wanted to give this salon a try but my experience was awful. I came in for a pastel purple balayage and ended up with grey hair and just a little bit of purple. During the process I was extremely uncomfortable, I was overheating so I asked for a fan (only had it for a while and then they took it away.) The chair was very uncomfortable too. And I was there for 10 hours!!! The stylist did offer me once some water but still because of the virus I couldn't eat inside. She spent most of the time bleaching my hair. She separated every strand of my hair which I thought that was cool but I don't understand why it took so much time. My hair is not even that long and is fine hair. And not very dark either. She had an assistant that was helping her sometimes but still took forever. After she bleached my hair and put color which she did in a rush, for like 20 minutes. After she took some pictures of my hair. I told her I wanted more purple and she brush it off saying I should get oVertone and retouch it myself. I got the product because she did recommend me the product before so I can keep my color longer. Days later she text me sending me the pictures that I begged her to sent me and said she would offer me a touch up within the next month. I was asking her more questions and she takes to long to respond so I just gave up and decided to write this review. Also Erica, had a weird attitude, she mentioned nobody wanted to work on my hair because it's a hard color to work with and I just didn't feel welcomed there. So beware of this place! Too overpriced and not even worth it for a mediocre job. Not worth $450!!

    What I asked for...light brown/bronde balayage touch-up

Marissa completely ruined my hair. My regular colorist was out of town so I went in for a consultation and she seemed to completely comprehend what I was asking for and I was told she was one of the most senior stylists. I was looking for a light update on my highlights (bronde balayage). The price was on the higher end ($360) but I thought it was added assurance that she is an expert. When I came back the finished result was horrible patches of black, red, white, and brown. I literally looked like Stephen Tyler. Not only that, one entire side of my "trim" was 1.5 inches longer than the other. Unbelievable. I was in tears for days. I called the owner who initially refused to refund me saying Marissa can fix it. I explained to him that I absolutely feared going back to her and sent him images. He thankfully acknowledged it was unacceptable. It's been a few months and I'm still dealing with the repercussions. I ultimately had to get my thin hair bleached to fix it and am now in the process of growing out my hair. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this helps warn others... If you're looking for something completely unexpected then maybe this is the place for you. But for me, it was the worst hair experience of my life.

I usually cut my son's hair but we had grown a mullet and I didn't want to mess it up, especially since my son has really dark, stubborn Asian hair - it'd be easy to find the imperfections. The lady who cut his hair was fast (took probably 20 min total). She knew exactly what kind of cut I wanted (2 block hair cut). And because his hair was so long in the back, she double checked before cutting that I wanted to cut it off (much appreciated!). My son's hair was short on the top so she didn't cit length but did blend it (see pics). The place itself was clean and spacious. The cut itself was $45 without a wash, which is a couple dollars cheaper than other places I was looking up. I'd come here again.

Before the haircut, I clearly explained that I had just gotten my hair cut at another salon two…read moredays earlier and that I wasn't looking for a completely new haircut--I only wanted some adjustments to achieve the style shown in the photos of me before. I specifically asked if the stylist understood the issue and knew what needed to be done, and I was assured that they did. Unfortunately, once the haircut started, there was no communication about how much hair would be removed. The very first cut on the sides was much shorter than I expected, and at that point there was no way to undo it. If the stylist had explained their approach or confirmed the length with me first, I would have had the opportunity to say that it wasn't what I wanted. What disappointed me most wasn't just the final result--it was the lack of communication. When a customer brings reference photos and asks questions beforehand, I expect the stylist to explain the plan and make sure we're aligned before making irreversible changes. I left feeling that my concerns and the reference photos were not really taken into account. I hope the salon can improve communication with customers in the future so others don't have the same experience.
