It tasted like a syrupy waffle. I also liked how smooth the ice cream was. What I didn't like about this was how hard it was though. I was given a plastic spoon to eat this with and it was hard to take spoonfuls of the ice cream to the point that I was afraid the spoon might break. I'm wondering if this is because it's a nitrogen-infused ice cream. Regardless of the texture, this was still a good ice cream.
