I am in love with this place. The staff are so sweet. The place is clean and organized. The atmosphere is calming. They are usually quite accommodating to walk-ins and I've never experienced them rushing when serving a customer. I usually come in for a spa pedicure and manicure. But have also gotten waxed here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality spa services in the Manassas area. Also located right next to Starbucks, Marshall's, Ulta, Walgreens... great location if your out shopping. I came in without an appointment around 730pm. They took me right away and said it was no problem. l chose the color I wanted and BOOM, Nancy went right at!!! She clipped the excess skin around my nails without hurting me at all (which is rare bc everyone else is so aggressive with the removal process). She evened out my nails, and gave me a nice hand massage along with a nice wax process with my nails. I'll definitely be coming back again and it's totally worth $15! I have since gone to Sassy numerous times for various services - waxing, pedicures and manicures - and I love it. The prices are reasonable, I love that I can walk in and get waxing done when it suits me, the staff professional and friendly. I went in on a whim, after pondering getting my nails done for the last few weeks but being really skeptical after past experiences. I was driving by running errands and it kind of seemed like fate. I quickly checked Yelp reviews and decided it was safe to go in. I was kindly greeted by all the staff, assisted with picking out a color, and promptly seated for my pedicure. I went in knowing I wanted a regular pedicure, with a full set of gels, so that definitely helped. I did overhear one of the other ladies trying to talk another customer up into a product she didn't want. The pedicure was great, she was really taking her time with my poor calloused feet. I am used to those quick in and out pedicures that maybe take 20 minutes top. She spent at least 40 minutes on my feet alone. The tools they used are sanitized after every customer and are in sealed bags. They are very clean, which I was super impressed with. The employees ask you if you want any beverages, which was a good experience. My full set of gels took over an hour, but she was meticulous. I told her about all the negative experiences I have had, and I showed her my deformed nails after the last place. She was very gentle and even consulted with her colleagues about how to best put gel on my nail that is partly skin (long story..bad place..bad set of acrylics). I came in with pictures of the colors/design I wanted and the length. She did everything I asked and kept checking with me to make sure I was happy. The customer service is great, and I couldn't be happier with the work she did. It was the first time I've ever left a nail salon and actually wanted to come back. My family and I have been clients here for over 5 years, but I can assure you we will never be back. We had appointments for 5:30pm and when we we arrived, there was only one lady available to take the 3 of us. We were not even able to all sit together, so I had to stand and wait for someone else to be done. When the lady next to us was finished, she did not even attempt to move around me and hit me with soaking wet foot towels and did not apologize. After still no one helping me for another 10 minutes, I was aggressively told by the lady doing my mom's nails to "sit down over there." During my time sitting and waiting, 7 people came in for full sets and pedicures and were all told they would be able to be helped in 15 minutes, and guess what? They were! After sitting in a chair without any help for 50 minutes now, I finally got up and told my mom there was no point anymore in me getting my nails done. At this time, her nail tech had started to put the wax on her feet, and she spilled the wax all over my feet and $100 shoes. She then looked at my feet and proceeded to put the practically empty wax bag on my mom's foot, without even so much as an apology. She then proceeded to rush through my mom's pedicure and tell her to "sit there" and then tried to get me to sit back down and have her give me my pedicure. I had said I was done and we paid and left. After an hour, my grandma had not been helped yet with her appointment, I may as well have not even been there, and my mom got a sad pedicure that was not even the $30 they charged for it. If you are thinking about coming here, please do yourself a favor and check out somewhere else. This place used to be great but fell apart the last few years under new management, and I can assure you it is not covid to blame for that. read more

I made an appointment for two pedicures at the same time and I took my wife here for her birthday. My wife started getting her pedicure done first and I sat next to her with my feet in the water waiting for someone to come and do mine. By the time someone even walked over to me it had been an HOUR!!!! My wife was already done with her pedicure. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I won't be coming back nor will I be recommending this place to anyone I know. I am in the search for a new nail salon in the Manassas area and decided to try this place out. Sadly I don't think I've found my new spot. The salon it's self is pretty nice and clean. They have a great polish selection and the prices are reasonable. To be honest they did a decent job on my pedicure. The biggest problem I had was that my nail tech talked ALOT but it was all in a language I didn't understand. Normally this doesn't bother me but every now and then she would say something, look at me, and laugh. It was very awkward. Made a last-minute appt here before a wedding after leaving dissatisfied with other local salons. First time here and I'm SO happy with Nancy's attention to detail. I can paint my own nails pretty well- the reason I go to salons and pay for professional nail work is for the shaping, filing, and trimming to get that perfect look. Nancy did it all and more!! She took my previous gel polish off really carefully and gently, not filing and scraping the natural nail beds like I've seen so many times. She painted right up to the edges and tips so I feel confident they'll last longer (some techs keep a big space between where your cuticle ends and the polish starts if that makes sense), and with the quality work she did with the heavier tools I'll be able to keep up the shaping on my own between salon visits. Paraffin wax time and a lotion arm & hand massage too. All this for $34!! Yessssss. This place is a win. read more

I never knew I could have "a lady" but I have found mine! I have seen Helen the last several times to get my gel manicure done. I love her attention to detail and her technique. I sadly went to two other locations with manicurists who left my nail beds crying and my cuticle areas snagging my hair and clothes after only a week. Helen's nails grow out so perfectly I can go 4 weeks without needing a fill which my bank account appreciates too! I just pick out my color(s) and tell her which fingers are to be which color(s) and I set her free to design whatever she wants. I always like what she does and she always lets me check the design on one finger to make sure I like it. I also recently broke a nail a few days before my appointment and Jennifer quickly took me in. She repaired my finger quickly and accurately without injuring me more than I had done myself. She said it was no charge for the repair! I gladly over-tipped her for her time, attention, and willingness to perform a service at no charge. All of the other ladies smile and remember my name. Went there for a nail repair and i would of considered coming back BUT in the middle of summer it's not nice to have the thermostat at 75! I can't be uncomfortable so that's why. If you guys considered having a cooler temp I'd be willing to give someone a try there. Thank you for contacting me, but should someone have to tell you it's too warm in July. I'm not one to ever leave a review. I'm also not one to leave a mixed review. I've been going to sassy for about 5 years. I've always loved when Tracy does my nails. She does a phenomenal job and she never gets them wrong and I never see any cracks or chips or breaks. But recently she's been super booked and I haven't been able to get in. I get it she's busy not a issue. But I've been seeing Kathy. I'm not a huge fan of how she does my nails. I feel like I'll give her one way I want them shaped and they come out another. I'm not picky so I don't complain. But What I cannot handle as a customer is when I'm lied to. So I went in last week for a cracked nail. She said she'll fill it with "gel powder" first off. I'm not stupid. There's no such thing as gel powder. It's acrylic. Ok fine fill it I'm coming in for a gel fill in a week anyway. I don't get acrylic for 2 reasons. 1. They ruined my nails. 2. They don't last and my nails constantly break. Here I am 4 days later with the same nail that she placed with acrylic. Broken almost in half. Because I'm happy with sassy in general and most of the nail techs. I will NOT be going to Kathy for my nails. Even when I told her specially no acrylic and she still went against my wishes and put it on anyway. That is not good management etiquette. read more

Wow! I walked in post Costco looking for a decent foot rub, and boy did I get it! The lady who did my pedi, rubbed my calves, and feet 3 times! THREE TIMES! This place is CLEAN! Everything came out of sealed hygienic packages. When she cut my nails, she used a towel so as to keep them contained. The massage chairs are all new and in great shape. The atmosphere is very relaxing with classic guitar playing in the background. They did have a tv, but the volume was at a very reasonable level. The services are a little more expensive.... a "Classic" pedi, is $30. Prices go up from there. I got the "Marine Mask" pedi which is listed at $42. Normally, I would NOT pay this much for a pedi, but they have a 20% discount for all services right now. Not sure how long that will last, but the sign has been up for a month or so. Even after they stop the special, I would probably still go here occasionally. It would be a special treat. read more

So glad to have found this nail salon! It is so beautiful inside, gorgeous decor...Makes a relaxing mani/pedi day complete! I love that the massage chairs actually work and have remotes that customize the massage you want! The salon is a bit pricey for Manassas, but all the techs have given FULL service, making me believe in "you get what you pay for". I also appreciate that they offer a beverage during your services. I have had quite a few different nail techs now, and each of them have been great! The owner, Lina, always greets me with a warm welcome, and I can't believe she remembers my name! I've been hesitant to write a review because I didn't want to be too hasty to judge, and gave them a few chances to make up for it... But that backfired. This place is nice and clean, and I almost never have to wait to see a technician. HOWEVER, I never leave happy with my manicure, and my nails are ALWAYS crooked. The girls are super nice, but they really aren't great at doing nails. The last time I went I was told my nails were dry, so I reached into my bag to pay and 3 of my nails got smudged and I had to get them re-done and wait even longer just for them to dry (again). My french mani (on different occasion) the whites of the tips were all crooked (all 10 of my nails), and every time I come here they cut the sides of my finger (where the cuticle would be) and my cuticles bleed every single time.
