He knows all of his clients by name, learns their preferences and truly "sells confidence." The earring fell somewhere in the salon and was never found. If they did not have a stylist capable of doing the haircut I requested, they should have simply told me. I would have gone somewhere else. Instead, they assigned me to someone who clearly did not have the skills to perform this basic haircut. The lack of professionalism extended to the front desk. The young receptionist was dressed in what looked like boy-short underwear rather than appropriate work clothing, with much of her backside exposed. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional for someone working at the reception desk of a business. Bad haircut, lost earring, poor judgment, and an extremely unprofessional atmosphere.
