I have my own parts (preowned OEM shocks and struts w/ TRD springs already assembled). Anyhow, I received a ridiculous estimate of $770 for labor, including an alignment. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to.
