Took the car and kit to many people who couldn't do it. Who wouldn't take the job. Now it's a 1000$ install. So it's a tricky one. All was done when they said they would. Appointment was booked and they were ready. I spoke to the one of the managers, Raymond. I have rarely experienced such great customer service. Jimmy helped me the second time and it was yet again flawless. I myself work in luxury retail and I have yet to find a shop lately who has given me such great service. Wanted to come back and update a review I left about a year ago. Over the last year, after having a leveling kit and King shocks and upper control arms installed by Signature, I started noticing severe cupping on the two front tires they installed at the same time, along with major front-end noise that developed about 6-8 months after the install. Since they had trimmed the front bumper during the install and mentioned there could still be a slight rub, we initially assumed that was the source of the noise. I reached out to Signature, and they scheduled me to bring the truck in. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM, but throughout the day my husband drove by multiple times and noticed the truck sitting out front in the exact same spot, never moved. Around 4 PM, I finally called to check on the status and was told, "We're so sorry, our garage door was stuck all day and we weren't able to work on any vehicles." What frustrated me most was that nobody from Signature ever contacted me to let me know this. I had taken the entire day off work, and instead of communicating the issue, my truck was left parked out front all day near Harbor Blvd. It felt like a complete waste of my time. A few weeks later, I realized nobody from Signature had ever followed up to reschedule or even check back in. Today, I finally took the truck to another alignment shop to address the issue Signature failed to resolve, and the results were pretty shocking. I've attached the alignment specs because the new shop told me the alignment from the original install appears to have never been done at all. They said the stock shims were still in place and nothing had been adjusted. So not only did I pay for an alignment that apparently never happened, I've now had to pay for a second alignment out of pocket because Signature dropped the ball. For reference, I spent over $10,000 total on this build: * $8,000 for King coil-overs, Cognito upper control arms, labor, and alignment * $1,300 for the tires they installed * $900 for the Method rims installed during the same visit After spending that kind of money, it's incredibly disappointing to still be dealing with these issues. BUYER BEWARE. I wanted to believe the negative reviews were isolated situations, but after my experience, I'm no longer sure. At this point, I'm just hoping this negligence didn't cause additional damage to my Silverado and that Signature reaches out to make this right. read more

I needed 2 wheels for a customer vehicle, so we ordered thru them, we could only get one because apparently, they were out of stock, so I wanted to return the single, and replace it with a set of 4 from a different company. They claimed the wheel was damaged, and only refunded me half of what I paid. Mind you, the wheel was never even taken out of the box. I tried to dispute, but they would not budge. Nice staff. They are rushing jobs though. I have had two lift kits from them and had issues with both. On the first one they had only cut the sides to fit the shocks on one side. It added a permanent stain on my bypasses. They were really nice and mistakes happen so I went back. On the second lift kit they had different tires on my truck. Yes, different tires, all terrains and rough terrains. They also didn't screw in my axle hub bolt. Scary. If you get anything done from this shop check all of their work. I was looking for a place to install my new train horn and this place came up on a google search. I brought it in and was met by Raymond and Jimmy who both gave great customer service. Told me approximately how long it would take and went to work on my vehicle. Called me when it was ready and off I went. The horn stopped working a few hours later so I called them and they had me bring it back the next day and it turns out that a connector had come loose. Fixed it while I waited ( gave me priority service ) and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place for your automotive needs. I was a long-time customer until they fraudulently overcharged my card for $855. I paid over the phone $300 labor to install NEW upper and lower radiator supports I BOUGHT for LESS than the old junkyard parts they wanted to install for more money. They were advised by BAR to refund the full $1155, or they would testify and face disciplinary action and fines for committing fraud. Being disabled, elderly, and homeless, and defrauded of my home, I was shocked they'd steal from me for more business. I should've given the body shop and saved myself a nightmare trying to be nice! After all of this and against BARS' advice, I offered to pay the $300 overpriced labor to be nice! Daniel stated upon receiving my email, he'd refund my money, but all I've received are more pathological lies and rudeness after their blatant theft. Customer service 10/10 and application 10/10. We visited signature performance shop first before purchasing through them but they were very helpful with the process. I was more interested in a wheel that was a little more meant for off-road. Told us that their website was most helpful and to write down the rim number that you were most interested in and to call back to make sure they were in stock. The website gives you the option to see what the wheel would look like before purchasing. For the wheels we wanted, they told us it would take about 3-5 days for SP to receive our request. From there, we went to the shop to pay. I appreciate the honesty/transparency within the shop and showed the breakdown of the cost. They showed there wasn't any hidden cost and weren't trying to take advantage of you. We were interested in some tires that were just a little out of our price range so we were shown tires that were pretty similar that had good reviews. In addition to purchasing, we were shown more pictures to replicate the look. They were quick with transferring my sensors over from my old wheels and placed everything on within a couple hours. I had a nail in my tire. American Tire told me they couldn't patch it so close to the edge and sent me here. So happy they did! Daniel took care of me and explained how it's dangerous to patch where the nail was. I purchased a new tire and they installed it. This past Wednesday 9/16/20 I had Signature Performance Tire and Wheel install new valve stems (I supplied) for my newly powder coated 19" SSR wheels. The valve stems were installed properly but not without damage to the powder coat on 3 of 4 rims. Most of the damage was around the center cap. After I went back in to complain, the owner Daniel Stewart came outside to inspect. He blamed the chipping on bad powder coat work preparation. I begged to differ because I watched my powder coat guy handle the wheels without issue for a rebalance. I also took my car to Just Tires in Tustin before that for an alignment and rebalance and nothing got scratched there. I blame the damage caused by Signature on their mechanic's careless mishandling of my wheels. Even one of the lug holes got dinged as if banged against with an air gun. I had high expectations based on other reviews as this was a specialty shop and a listed dealer for SSR but I left sorely disappointed. Daniel stated they could only take responsibility if they originally did the powder coat work. I think he needs to take responsibility for his mechanic's carelessness. If you have high end wheels and want them handled with care, I highly recommend you look elseware. read more

The tire's sidewall got cut based on their positioning. When I went back they offered to cut the offending piece off and SELL me a new tire. Brought my 2016 accord in here for a tire patch - there was a nail visible in the repairable part of my tire.. Dropped the car off for the repair, I was told it would be an hour. Same story as most tire patches. About 25 min later, got a call that they pulled the nail and there was no hole to be found - it was in my tire tread sideways and had caused no actual damage. They could've charged me for the patch and left it be, but instead they went out of their way to call me and let me know, then didn't charge me a dime. Came here for a Van Compass lift and suspension upgrade. I primarily dealt with Greg, and my experience with him was poor. In the end, certain work was not performed due to miscommunication. If you decide to come here, I recommend reaching out via email or text. That way there is no miscommunication and everything is retractable. I'm sure it's difficult to remember every conversation in the general chaos of managing an auto shop... However, for Greg to blame the customer for poor communication instead of taking responsibility... That's just wrong. When you're sitting all day in a parking lot, in a unfamiliar city, waiting for the vehicle that should have been done the day before... It's not hard to remember the few human interactions of the day. I know what I said and my partner can back me up. Take responsibility, Greg. As far as pricing, this place charged about double what others have been reporting for a VC lift kit. The rest of the staff seem nice, although one tech didn't adjust psi after doing a tire rotation. Greg denies ever even doing a tire rotation... All while my front and rear psi are flipped. I explained the importance of proper tire pressure in a 8500lb vehicle travelling freeway speeds. He came up with a silly unrelated anecdote. That's when we agreed it's best that we just end all conversation entirely. Costumer service was okay, the problem was the technicians. Their labor was very poor and unprofessional. I made an appointment at 8:00am, they told me that my truck was going to be ready by noon, I mean I had all day free so I didn't care but it got done later until 5:00pm so yeah. When I arrived to pick up my truck I noticed that the driver side door handle was broken, the worst part was that they did not mention nothing about it and I had to find out myself. They did offer to fix it and I appreciate that but I don't appreciate that they did not tell me before me going to my truck. At the end I fixed it myself. A week later I was working on my truck (im a mechanic) and I was looking at the torsion bars and they were uneven, so I started measuring the truck height since they installed my lift kit and I find out that the driver side sits .5" lower due to the torsion bar being off, then again I fixed it myself. I paid because I didn't have time to do it myself and i trusted them because they're "professionals" but nope it was worst and a waste of money. That's why I have trust issues with them shops. I'm an honest guy and I take responsibility for my work this guys don't. I hope they read this so they can improve their service starting from their techs. Have more respect for customers cars and due your job right because you can kill someone. read more

Over a month ago I found a set of wheels and tires on eBay for my 4 Runner. The set came with a lift kit which I didn't need so I called them and created my own deal. Wheels, tires, TPMS sensors, mounted and balanced... they up sold me on the black matching lug nuts. Wheels and tires are great, no problem. The lugs were the wrong size, thread diameter too large for my studs. I called and they asked if I had tried them on the new wheels? WTF difference does that make? The stud thread and diameter isn't changing! They said they must have sent me the Tundra lugs by mistake.,and they'd send out the correct ones. That never happened. Now the TPMS sensors. I'm not even sure they are installed. I can't get them to sync with my truck. I have asked for a brand, part # or instructions so I can look it up myself...crickets are chirping. Zero response. They claimed on the invoice that they are pre-programmed sensors. So i have that going for me. Again, how do you know if they are even installed with out un-mounting them to peak or maybe x-ray. We have a lot of vehicles and most have multiple sets of wheels and tires. Up until this episode I was very pleased with the process and pricing. I thought maybe it would be our new supplier, not. It's a shame because they did all the hard work, all they had to do was follow through on the details which takes little to no effort. read more

Look up Signature's Better Business Bureau rating (an F rating, the worst, and well deserved) and read the complaints there, here and elsewhere. The negative reviews are all you need to know about this place. You really have to work hard and be completely terrible to get an F rating with the BBB. F is for failure and Signature Performance is a complete failure. Signature Performance Tire and Wheel and Signature Tire Pros is a con job. They go by both names. Both of them are terrible. There is nothing professional about any aspect of this business. The manager, Jason Korson is a complete tool, and all of his minions, the technicians and the business owner are as well and are completely incompetent, corrupt and ethically/morally bankrupt. I was searching for specific wheels and Signature was the only place with both sizes I needed in stock. Neither Jegs nor Summit Racing had them, nor any other reputable dealer. I should have seen the signs and walked away right then. I paid $2000 for a tire and wheel package and had them shipped. When they arrived, I inspected each wheel carefully for any signs of damage. Two of the wheels had been damaged by the mounting machine and the cretin operating it. One of the wheels was covered with tire mounting lube, which I could not clean off with any substance I tried. I notified customer service, which ultimately meant Jason. I expressed my dismay at how the wheels even left the mounting area in this condition and I was assured that there are multiple levels of checks and they would never pass wheels and tires in this condition and they would never be shipped out in such condition. And yet they did exactly that! I don't believe one word of what Jason said. He is a liar and a crook. He is also the person who initially took my order. I sent him several photos and he reluctantly agreed to accept their return and replacement. I had to dismount each tire and find suitable boxes in which to return them and I was told when everything was satisfactory, he would reimburse me for the cost of dismounting and remounting once the replacement wheels arrived. One of the three replacement wheels had factory defects, so I sent that one back as well. Finally, the last replacement was good and I had a complete set of 4. I remounted all of the tires and told Jason the total amount, about $140.00. He said he was not going to pay it and called me "too picky." Because I pay $2000 for new wheels and tires and some cro‐magnon cretin damages the wheels during mounting and, presumably, thinks I won't notice and that I will accept them as is (he was wrong on both counts), I'm "too picky?" Ha! What a bunch of morons. I filed a complaint with my Congressional Senator, the California Attorney General and my home state attorney general and Jason and his merry band of nit wits ignored them all. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SIGNATURE PERFORMANCE TIRE AND WHEEL nor SIGNATURE TIRE PROS. You will be ripped off, scammed and sent damaged merchandise. HAWAII BUYERS BE CAREFUL! This company is only out to make a sale. Once you give them your money, you get zero customer service. I ordered 4 tires, 4 rims, front level kit, 4 pre-programmed sensors, lug kit, and mount and balance. Shipment arrived promptly. The lug kit was missing. I contacted Signature Performance Tire and Wheel and they made me feel like I was lying about the missing lug kit and how it was such a burden for them to have to go through their inventory and recount everything to see what happened and would let me know. How is it the customers fault that your company didn't ship out an item the customer paid for? 2 weeks went by and heard nothing from them. I reached out multiple times and got no responses. They ended up later sending the missing lug kit with no communication or apology. Then, the preprogrammed sensors were not communicating with my vehicle. I contacted Signature Performance and they said, "it will connect, it just takes time sometimes". A month went by and tire sensors were still not communicating. I contacted them again and they said to "take the car in to a tire shop and they can reprogram the sensors". I took my vehicle to multiple tire shops (paid out of pocket for these) including Servco and am told their software isn't connecting to the sensors I have. I am told by multiple shops that I should contact the company I purchased the sensors from to find out why it's not connecting and/or I should get a refund for them because they aren't working as described. THEN, one of my valve stems I just bought from them was leaking air. Flat tire. I contacted Signature Performance again about the defective stem and sensors that were still not working. The company's response was, "well, some time has gone by already so we can't give you a refund for the sensors". Time had gone by because YOU SENT ME ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE to get these sensors to work with no success. Then they just say over and over, "well this is what we use here and it works with no problems." The fact is, I PAID MONEY FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT WORK. I followed all of their recommendations, paying out of pocket for the services. If something is not working as described, or an item is defective, a refund should be offered as I was more than willing to pay for my return shipping. I took the truck in to a tire specialist. I learned that the sensors I purchased can only be programmed by a specific tool that has the program already on it (is a program and tool patent pair). No one on Oahu carries it (Signature Performance said 3 shops carry it. I called all 3 shops and they said they do not). MY SENSORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED BEFORE I RECEIVED THEM. If that wasn't possible, then they should not have been sold to me as "preprogrammed sensors" and then don't sell sensors that aren't programmed in advanced to customers who live in locations where the programming is not available. My tire specialist spoke to the company to explain the situation and they refused to refund me for the sensors they sold me that did not and will never work. Not one apology. The response I got was, "WELL I GUESS THAT'S THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR LIVING IN PARADISE." I ended up having to buying another set of factory sensors and pay to have them installed. So in a nut shell, I ended up paying another $700 after all this and spent way too many days at car shops trying to fix the problem. I have my receipts showing what I purchased and have text message threads that show no responses from them. I also kept the sensors I purchased that don't work as proof I had them taken out. I feel mislead and cheated and that Signature Performance only cares about making their sale quota. Once they took my money, there was zero customer service. read more
