Their attention to detail was incredible, you can tell they genuinely care about doing a beautiful job. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. They fixed everything for me with no problem at all and made sure I left happy. They were patient, professional, and so sweet throughout the whole process. First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.
