I have mixed feelings about this place. I've been here one time for a fill since my normal spot was closed for Thanksgiving week... this place just happened to be in the same parking lot as my bank. First the good, I was greeted right away and attended to. The guy who did my nails was quick and did a really nice job (despite watching his Asian novela on his phone the whole time). Paid $30 for a gel fill which is the same price everywhere. The guy did such a great job that I don't need a fill for another week (normally go ever 3 weeks, with this fill I can go 4 weeks with out them looking bad). The reason I will not go back is because the place is filthy, Im talking about super dirty. I would not risk catching something here. Their work area is dirty, the walls are dirty, windows have probably not been cleaned since they first opened (webs, stains and fingerprints all over). The sink was falling apart... I can go on and on. If the shop looks that way, im sure they're not cleaning their tools often or correctly. Go at your own health risk. read more

Never again will I come back. I'm not the type to even write a review cause I really don't care but I just had to for this one. Always got my nails done somewhere els but I just recently moved out here and wanted to get a set done and look for a forever nail spot so I tried this place out since it's close to home . As she was cutting my nails she cut way to deep and really got me bad on my nail that it started bleeding a lot she continued to work with my blood on her hands she didn't even put no gloves on or wash her hand afterwards. Thank god I'm heathy but what if I had some type of hiv. There was blood on her brush and she kept putting it back inside the powder the liquid. That's cross contamination. My nails burn so much that there throbbing . Never again. read more

I took my daughter yesterday to get her Fills with lyn and a pedicure we showed her a picture of what we wanted and we told her it was her prom it was the most horrible job ever like how did she think my daughter will go to prom with her nails done the way she did it she was done within 30 minutes which when my daughter told me I was like what She's already done they were HORRIBLE I mean horrible these people do not take their time how can she not see what a horrible job she did not once did she say I'm sorry . We went back in after paying and told her we wanted her to redo them and they still kept coming out horrible so she just had to get them done a different way read more

I go to Angel nails for my lashes. Both ladies do an awesome job! The place could use some deep cleaning. I know the business should make a lot of money. There's a lot of traffic coming through. If they would put some money into the interior I'd probably would go there for nail service also. At this time I will stick to my lashes only. read more

Spent 2 hours in there for a fill and a polish change on toes. I normally have a nail tech that I go to on a regular at a different shop but since my nail tech was out of town I decided to go to Angel Nails since it was in the same neighborhood. I had an appointment they took me right in but for some reason took forever to do my nails. The nail shape was horrible ( thick, bulky, and not even "coffin" shaped ) the lady painted my thumb nails over about 3 times and they still came out dull looking not shiny like the gel polish in which I paid for. The nail tech working on me left so I had to ask another tech to fix my thumbs in which the tech had an attitude. They lash lady is good if you're looking for some quick clusters at a fair price. But other than that I will not be back everrrrr!!! And let's not get started on the look of the inside ( it's definitely not a spa ), it's ratchet looking. read more

It was my first time coming here i called before i came and they let me know that there was walk-in cash only ! i waited about 30 mins to 35 mins before it was my turn got my feet done she did an amazing job and the guy did my hands and i had my daughter (8 months old) and did my nails PERFECT AND FAST FOR ME RO HAVE A BABY IN MY HAND !!! Worse customer service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in and unless you're a regular don't even bother coming in as a walk in. Called ahead for pedicure and was told to come in, well I show up 5 minutes after hanging up to wait over an hour for my pedicure. Unless you have time to sit and wait don't even bother. read more

In my opinion this was the worst nail experience I've ever had , I walked into this salon happy to get my graduation set but immediately, they were very disrespectful and demanding and don't want to do your nails the way you want your set to be done... this is what I wanted and this what I got and i honestly could've done a better job myself. I also had got my toes done and it look like they just dropped the whole polish on my foot. And what made my experience worst of all they had lyn and another guy standing by the door not wanting me to leave after I've paid and tried to make me pay another payment. Came here to get a pedi. You have the option of sitting in a massage chair for $15 bucks or in a regular chair for $12. Since I have massage chairs at my gym I skipped the massage chair saved $3 bucks and gave $2 as a tip. I saved a $1 dollar and BAM! Two birds with one stone. Service was quick. A friendly, hello and my pedi was started. The tech was a bit rough. My toes actually feel a bit soar. Service felt rushed. The massage on my feet could have been better and longer. Prices are cheap but they charge if you blink the wrong way, so it adds up. My sister got a regular fill and all these add ons were added without even informing her about it first. Not good at all. I hate sneaky businesses. I won't return. I've had better pedis else where. At the end you pay for what you get. I'd rather pay more and have my toes be on point, as the nail polish could have been better applied. read more

WORSE NAIL SALON EVER. The nail tech was watching a show on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. They were so thick and painted horribly. I just wanted to go home! This place has THE WORST customer service ever. So rude. I walked in at 6pm, an hour before closing. There was only one other person waiting and we both wanted pedicures. Nobody greeted me when I came in, but it was a Friday night and I needed my nails done so I let that go (usually I would just walk out of an establishment that doesn't greet me). But they definitely all looked up when I came in so I knew I was seen. Then when one lady was done doing a customers nails she came and asked what we were waiting for, we both said pedicures and took the lady that was there before me. So I'm waiting and it's almost 7 and I see everybody cleaning the salon and I'm confused because I haven't been seen yet so I asked and they said "oh no it's too late". This was the most frustrating thing because no other nail salons near me are open past 7. This isn't the only terrible customer service experience I've had with them but it is definitely the worse. Not happy at this place. I went to get a pedi and never felt so rushed. The lady didn't even get all my cuticles on all my toes and she scrubbed the bottom of my foot so fast very rushed along with the massage. She asked what color I wanted and I asked to see two different colors and she seemed bothered by it. I will never return to this place again and I would not recommend anyone to go. I use to come here on occasions when they were first starting out but for some reason I stopped! Well I came back with my cousin last Saturday and quickly remembered why I stopped! The customer service is horrible! They ask that you put your name on the list but they don't go by the list...after waiting an hour the man finally rushed thru my nails and overcharged me but they were cute so I was satisfied! But after not even a week my index nail broke so I came in early on a wed. to see if I can get it fixed! I walked they didn't even acknowledge me...after asking and showing the lady my nail she told me to come back at 12....even tho I it was 3 workers and 1 customer other than myself! Even though I was frustrated I said I would come back at 12...I left my name and said I would be back but before I came something told me tO call...I called and they said even though I had an apppointment it would be a 1hr wait just to get one nail replaced!
