After some jerk decided to break my window at the BART Station... getting nothing but a handful of napkins -- I needed a window replacement. Save Autoglass knew of my plight and I was able to schedule an immediate next day appointment. They were a few minutes late, but got straight to work. 45 minutes later, the window was replaced and I was good to go. The only complaint I had was that there are still pieces of glass in between my door and panel. I wish it was cleaned up/vacuumed up more as I can occasionally hear it as I close my door. Though considering the price offered, I'll take it. Let's hope I don't have to contact them again but at least I know who I can reliably call. read more

This is the second time I have used this service. It's funny he actually remembered me from the last year my windows got smashed. The first time I had 3 windows smashed on my 2006 Toyota Corolla and if my memory serves correctly it was around $275-300 I called and he came within the hour and fixed all my windows in under 30 minutes. Very kind and professional. Unfortunately parking in Oakland even with my handy U-lock on my wheel my driver side door got smashed again but nothing was stolen...to fix this time rate was $135. Easily 6 stars! I called Save Auto Glass on a SATURDAY about 3 DAYS after Christmas with a smashed window. They answered immediately with a quote $50 less than any other place ... drove to their shop 15 minutes later 4 miles from my house, they had correct glass installed in 30 minutes! Then they took apart the door panels and vacuumed every last piece of broken glass. Polite, excellent workmanship, fast, friendly. My front passenger car window was broken into on a Saturday night and I shopped around for quotes from a few open shops on Sunday morning. I got a total of 3 quotes and went with Save Autoglass. A gentlemen named Omar messaged me back quickly through yelp to provide the cheapest quote I'd received ($130, $10 extra to use a credit card) and could also come over the fastest which was expected the following Monday morning between 9-10am. He called me right at 8:57am and was 8 minuets from my apartment. I drove to meet him where there were several parking spaces open so they had plenty of room to work. He estimated about 30-40 minuets to finish the job and it took him and his partner just over 20. They vacuumed out all the glass left over in the window and everything in my car. I can't say enough good things about Save Autoglass. After speaking with several windshield replacement reps, I decided to go with Save Autoglass. I spoke with Elmer and he agreed to meet me at my home at 2:00 PM. I was actually on the road when I scheduled our meeting time and I knew I'd arrive at my house before him. I arrived at 1:45 and surprisingly, he was already there waiting for me (Major props to his punctuality!). He looked my damaged windshield and estimated it would take an hour to replace. However, by the time he was completely done (including cleaning up, putting his tools and equipment back in his van, and filling out my receipt), it had only taken him 45 minutes!
