Friday morning, I get a message that I will be charged extra due to liquid melting back of my truck. Well after a $400 bill $260 tow bill to get the truck to this location and then another $200 bill to get it towed to another shop. I'm into this over $800 for them to pull a couple computer codes off of my truck that already done. I recommend going to Pearson's auto or gas and diesel doctor if you're in the Fairbanks area.

For weeks we have planned to send our youngest son (we'll call him J here) from New Jersey to Fairbanks to spend Christmas with his brother (we'll call him D here). D's car died while driving yesterday, was disabled, and needed a tow. We didn't know what was wrong. It could be any number of things. But the bad news was that D had already called his mechanic and they wouldn't even be able to look at the car for a couple weeks! D called home and told his brother to cancel the trip! It seemed like an active time together for the two brothers was going to be squashed, and even the simple task of pickup at the airport on Christmas Eve was now a problem. D called Preferred Towing. The driver arrived quickly and D explained the symptoms of the car. The tow operator could have just hooked the car and towed it. Instead, he believed he knew what was wrong. Within minutes of tinkering under the hood D's car was running!! Preferred Towing not only saved the day, but they saved the whole Christmas vacation together for my two sons! They can now go snowboarding and have the freedom to drive around together next weekend. We are so thankful that companies like Preferred Towing have such compassionate, knowledgeable and caring employees!
