He resolved the issue efficiently and without any fuss, which on its own would have been enough to earn a mention. But then he went a step further: he personally escorted my wife, two other guests, and me to our vehicle, navigating all of our luggage in the process. I have retrieved my car from a hotel parking lot more times than I can count. I do not think I have ever enjoyed the experience until now. George has a way of making a logistical errand feel like the best part of your day. He was engaging, genuinely warm, and handled everything with an ease that only comes from someone who actually cares about doing the job well. George is the kind of staff member who turns a routine stay into a memorable one. He deserves to be recognized for it.

My husband had on a Black Lives Matter shirt, & I had on a Juneteenth shirt. She smiled and raised her fist at us as we asked to enter through the door and we responded in kind. I love us!
