    Wagyu smash burger

OMGGG. The garlic bread was absolutely amazing. There was cheese inside and it was to die for. It was the best garlic bread I've ever had in my life. I'm gonna be honest, I hated the bread on the burger. It was so thick. It was not very pleasant. I had to take off the bread to eat the burger but the meat was really really good. The fries were really good too and the churros were great. The service was fantastic. I love the open area that the restaurant had! I would highly recommend to anyone, especially the garlic bread! The pictures you see are from the dine LA menu.

We had high hopes for this newish place but it was a one and done for me. I love combining a meal or happy hour with shopping at the Farmers Market, so that was the plan here. We made a reservation and were given our choice of an indoor or an outdoor table - both very small. We chose indoor, which is a very compact space near the bar. Started with the Roasted camembert which is $28 and served with prosciutto parma, fingerling potatoes and cornichons. It was awful. The cheese wasn't properly melted and was cold in places and tasted very "off". I've had camembert many times and this was unlike anything I've tasted before. We sent it back after one bite each. This is a definite skip. We also shared an order of the Roman Jewish fried artichokes. They're fine. Not offensive (like that camembert), but not great. We also shared a sandwich - the Parma with a yogurt pesto sauce , tomato, prosciutto, burrata, balsamic glaze & arugula. Again, this was not terrible but I would not be able to make a case as to why it costs $26. Looking at the menu, I didn't see anything that would convince me to come back and try again. It's a "no" for me.

I finally tried the pepperoni pizzette from the little window and it was truly 10 out of 10. So good! Perfectly made. Good quality and price.

The vibes were nice. The outdoor seating area is spacious and the service was good. We didn't like that the pizza was burned but it seems to be a trend with everyone else. The salad was okay - just your average Cesar salad. The sandwich was tasty and flavorful. I was the only one in my family that liked the sandwich - we had one at Panera the day before and with all the customizations you could do there my family liked that one better.

First time having dinner here. Luckily, we came by at around 6:30 Friday evening and were able to get a table with no problem. We split the burrata, bacon and tomato sandwich, crispy artichokes and the pomegranate salad. They were all very delicious. Unfortunately, our server disappeared after he dropped off our food. We had to flag down another server to bring us our check, so that was disappointing. Considering this place is pretty small, there isn't an excuse to disappear on your guests. So, three stars overall, although the food gets five.

**NOT IDEAL SUNDAY BRUNCH SPOT** Booked a Sunday brunch because the menu looked promising. Reality didn't quite match. PARKING If it's the holidays at the Grove, brace yourself. Parking is a mess. We ended up across the street on a meter for two hours. AMBIANCE We sat on the patio, which is basically adjacent to the parking lot. Red umbrellas, wooden tables, and right next to Dupar, which was noticeably busier. Nothing charming, sexy, or memorable. That said, it wasn't crowded, so there's that. FOOD The menu technically includes breakfast and brunch items, but it's poorly organized. Everything's lumped together, which makes it confusing. Separate sections would help a lot. Poached Eggs & Sourdough - $14 The eggs were done well, served with sliced sourdough. Presentation was dull and forgettable, definitely not photo-worthy, but the food itself was fine. Rating: 3/5 OVERALL Personally, not my vibe. Bland and uninspired for brunch. I didn't try their pizzas, pastas, or their famous burger, so maybe that's where they shine. Service was solid, and they provide to-go containers for self-packing. They advertised live music on Sundays, but there was none during our visit. I wouldn't recommend this spot for brunch, possibly better suited for an Italian lunch or dinner.

We had a fantastic meal at Savta in the week before Christmas. The Farmer's Market / Grove was insanely crowded, and showing up in the few days before the holiday at dinner time may not have been our best plan. It took at least a half hour of driving and waiting on Fairfax and 3rd street before we could even make it into the parking lot...that was frustrating, especially with a timed reservation and friends already seated...Not the restaurant's fault, but the Grove and Farmer's Market are very popular, so build in extra time to get yourself on the property. The food was among the best Neapolitan-style pizzas we'd had in Southern California. We shared 3 pies...the Pomodoro, the Feta, and the Mushroom. (Most of us are vegetarian.) The pomodoro, especially with its generous dollop of burrata in the middle was FANTASTIC...the mushroom and the feta also both had great flavor. The crust was perfect...incredibly puffy and woodfired in just the way it needed to be. We also enjoyed the Pomegranate salad. There are a ton of other vegetarian options under their "Vegetables" menu so an incredibly indulgent experience for people of any diet is available. The staff was nice and accommodating, especially considering half the party didn't arrive for a half hour after the reservation. The atmosphere was nice, seated outside under the space heaters which did the job on a day which we Southern Californians consider to be cold. I'd eat here again any time.

This review is focused on the Little Window of Savta that is only open from Monday to Friday during limited hours from 12pm to 3pm, perfect for those of us who live or work near the Farmers Market. On this particular day, I ordered the smash wagyu- a double patty burger with cheese. Amazing! For $12, this is a solid burger with fries. I was quite full and satisfied. I also ordered a pepperoni pizzette on another day and it was so delicious. Woodfire baked pizza with a thin crust and just the right amount of toppings. Overall, I love The Little Window for quick grab for lunch. I can't wait to go back and have a sit-down lunch to try the rest of the menu.

A great Mediterranean restaurant at the original farmers market. I love Mediterranean food so this is my kind of meal. We have tried grilled octopus, truffle fries, short rib lasagna and smoke salmon pizza. Everything was so delicious and flavorful! It was a very relaxing lunch, the service was great and place was so cozy!

Located right next to Dupar's Savta made a lovely brunch space at the busy Farmers Markt. As they validated parking for 90 minutes, you might also go for brief farmers market run right after your meal. Reservation wasn't required but recommended on weekends to avoid the wait. Their brunch menu was pretty interesting as each section (pizza, toast, sandwich) seemed to carry similar toppings. We started with their Truffle Omelette just because the description on the menu made it so appealing. It's indeed seemed simple yet lemme tell you the flavor was so rich as they chopped the truffle and mushroom into very small pieces that's well blended with the egg. The time that dish was laid on the table, the scent made you unable to hold having a bite. The next was actually what brought us here, the ragu pizza, serving slow-cooked ribs with fior di latte on wood-fired pizza. The crust was uniquely fluffy and pillowy and we asked for extra butter for dipping and that French butter certainly elevated it. The ribs were tender and luscious, though my friends and I agreed that we didn't think it suited as pizza topping best. To our surprise, the creme de la creme of our brunch was the Parma Burrata Toast. The picture could easily tell you how generously served the burrata was. Paired it with the prosciutto and pesto sauce, OMG such a flawless mix of cheesy, savory, creamy with twist of crunch. Rich combo that we all really enjoyed.

Saw a post of Napolitano style pizzas at Savta on Instagram and they looked pretty legit. The seating is primarily outdoors under many umbrellas. There's also validated parking in the Farmers Market. The Napolitano pizza definitely did not disappoint. It's one of the most authentic I've had in LA. The crust is soft and puffy with the requisite charred bubbles. I read a few reviews complaining about the "burnt" crust. That is because they are probably not familiar with Napolitano pizzas. The dough has much higher hydration level than the typical New York style pizza and it is baked in a 800° to 900° oven for less than 90 seconds. The skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and arugula salad was also very delicious. The sautéed corn had a real kick to it, but it was good. The only downside was the service was a bit slow during our lunch visit. It was only a single server and it was not his fault. He tried hard and worked fast, but it was just too much for one person to handle. It's clearly a management issue. But I wouldn't let this stop me from coming back again.

I've passed this place so many times and finally got around to trying it. What a shame that it took me this long! First of all, the location is superb. It's on the outside edge of the Farmer's Market so that means great activity to see while you're dining. The food is absolutely spectacular and I say that not jokingly. The mushroom pizza--a winner! The skirt steak with chimichurri--unbeatable--even the salad it comes with! The tomato medley salad will have you wondering why your childhood tomatoes never tasted like this. I'll be back!

Great a delicious burger for the what a cute little joint over at farmers market! Super delicious and affordable. The smash waguy burger is my absolutely fave! Super delicious, juicy burger with great amount of meat and tasty buns. What can you ask for? I only waited for 5 mins and had this previous in my hands. Can't wait to try the pizza, I heard they are great!
