We had a great time at Osteria Mamma! Went here to try out their dine la menu and it did not disappoint. Parking was super easy on Lucerne, you can also valet if that's your thing. Inside it was super cute and cozy and everyone was super friendly. For apps we got the cauliflower soufflé and the crostini and both were amazing! For meals we got the chicken tagliatelle and the gnocchi both were delicious and were good sized portions. For dessert we had the panna cotta and the chocolate cake. This was my first time trying panna cotta and it was delicious! The cake was a little dry and grainy but was still good. So glad we got to try out Osteria Mamma!

Recently dined here and not only was the service great but the pasta, specifically the vodka rigatoni with the shrimp was amazing! Soo creamy and the shrimp had no tails which is HUGE plus for me. It was the perfect portion of food, not too much or little. I would come here again and it's a great date night spot.

I must be the luckiest woman in the world. My husband just surprised me with a special evening with the Vinter Donna Fugata for whom they've crafted a verse special tasting menu. It's happening now and absolutely exquisite!

I visited Osteria Mamma after seeing so many good reviews, and it truly lived up to the hype. They had a carrot soup as the special of the day, and since the weather was chilly, I ordered it -- it was absolutely delicious. The bread you drizzle oil on felt a bit greasy, but the soup itself was incredible. I also tried the squid ink pasta, which I'd been really looking forward to, and it was so good. The shrimp was super fresh, and the flavors were spot on -- you can tell they really know how to cook. I went on a weekday evening and the service was wonderful. The ambiance was beautiful too, and I thought it would be a great place to come back for a date. Valet parking is $15, but there's plenty of street parking in the surrounding residential area. Overall, if you're craving truly delicious Italian food, I highly recommend this place. I came because of the great reviews, and it ended up being even better than expected. The price is bit high though it worth it ;)

Had a very enjoyable dining experience for dinner! I appreciate the unpretentious setting that you get with the authentic culinary experience. Service was good, they were always clearing plates and checking in on our drinks. The crostini di burrata was my absolute favoriteeee oh my goodness. It took me back to Italy. The sweet honey drizzle with the creaminess of burrata to juxtapose the savory prosciutto. Mamma Mia!! SO GOOD. Also ordered the pappardelle Al Fumo and carbonara. Papardelle was meh in terms of flavor. Carbonara tasted very good. Both could've been a bit more al dente. Tiramisu was delicious. Hate to be a snob but it's one of my favorite desserts, when it's done right. This one hit the mark. Overall really great experience but docked a star because both pasta dishes were slightly overcooked for an authentic Italian place. Love that the pasta is handmade in house. Decent wine selection, love that they offer sancerre

Came here during Dine LA on a Friday night. Street parking was super easy and the restaurant wasn't too crowded when we got there but became crowded and pretty loud/hard to hear as the night went on. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the food is good but not great. I enjoyed the flavor of the dishes we tried: arancini, maltagliati alla vodka and tagliatelle alla norcina, but the pasta was a little undercooked for some bites. The panna cotta was probably my favorite with the raspberry sauce. Nothing was bad there are just tons of great Italian spots in LA and I didn't feel that any of the dishes that we tried outdid other spots.

Came here on a date. It's a cute little place and has wonderful service. Very attentive. We got the cacio e Pepe and a pizza. Both were tasty! The cacio was a bit too cheesy but overall delicious. The pizza had a fantastic crust! Finished it off with tiramisu. A solid choice of a place the only bummer is that it was rather expensive. But the service was great as I said. Walked there so can't comment on parking.

Food was great, gnocchi was very good, as well as the steak. Mirko pizza tasted good but seemed a little dry, the Crostino with the prosciutto and black truffle was fantastic, I probably could have ordered another round. Service was very nice, our server was very helpful and pleasant. Unassuming from the outside almost a hidden little spot, relaxed and low key.

Easy five stars for Osteria Mamma. We were both extremely impressed by the food here. To eat, we split a variety of dishes including the Focaccia, Farro Salad, Maltagliati alla Vodka, Pappardelle al Brasato, Bigolotto Nero, and Tiramisu. We also ordered a fried eggplant side dish, which I forget the name of. Everything was delicious and flavorful. My favorite dish was the Maltagliati. The ambiance was nice and service was impeccable. If looking for good Italian food, Osteria Mamma will not disappoint!

I've been constantly disappointed by Italian food in LA. So much of it is Americanized and not authentic or actual Italian dishes. I'm SO glad I found out about Osteria Mamma. Every single thing we ordered was incredible and tasted just like it would in Italy. If you come there is limited street parking but we had no issues finding a spot. They have a gorgeous outdoor patio and plenty of space inside as well. It does get super busy so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. I do plan to come back! Be sure to save room for dessert. Their tiramisu is amazing!

This has quickly become one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Los Angeles. They have a traditional menu with unique takes on classic items -- like the Carbonara which comes in a frying pan. The Cacio e Pepe is creamy and made right at the table. The service is phenomenal every time, feels like you're visiting a family owned establishment. The space is lively and perfect for date night!

visited for a quick birthday meal and was overly satisfied. the margherita flatbread was nothing too special, great chewy dough but expected flavor. the risotto was what really impressed us. the texture was just absolutely amazing with a perfect creaminess. very filling, great portion, and just practically plate-licking good (we didn't do that but it tasted that good). the mushrooms themselves were also just so high quality and tasted amazing i can't tell what part about it i like more. this dish was the one we fought over.

The entrance is on the side of a beautiful historic Hollywood Spanish Gothic style building on Westbourne Drive, off Santa Monica Boulevard. You could almost miss it from the street as it's kind of hidden which is definitely part of its charm. About a century ago it was a studio for silent film star Charlie Chaplin and later a library for Sherman, which was the name of West Hollywood before it was incorporated. So this is a beautiful and historic location with a fascinating history, V Wine Room serves about 30 different wines by the glass and a large selection by the bottle, mostly small California wineries from the Napa Valley. The menu also features sparkling wines, natural wines and sakes from small Japanese producers. They have food to accompany the drinks as well: delicious Roman-style pizzas, cheese boards and charcuterie, fish and even chocolate. I've always managed to find free parking on side streets just up the street like on West Knoll for a couple hours, but there's also valet parking right in front and a city parking lot about a block west

I didn't make it here until March 2026 and after my first visit, I'm sorry I didn't come earlier. My husband and I came here on a Sunday night, with a last minute reservation I'd made on Resy. The ambiance here is dark and chic, it reminded me very much of restaurants in NYC. It would make for a good spot for a date night or girls' night out. We made it here in time to order one thing from their happy hour menu, the tater tots. These were heavy but moreish, it was hard to stop eating them even when my stomach was telling me I was full. We also shared the corn, which I believe may have been a special/seasonal dish. It will go down as one of the best corn dishes I've ever eaten in a restaurant.
