I came here for a quick treatment to get rid of broken capillaries around my nose aka telangiectasia, along with 2 tiny cherry angiomas. I was referred to this place by Thermoclear. The esthetician was polite and to the point, and she even extracted one closed comedone and one milia bump. Treatment will feel like a stinging pin prick and there will be some redness over the treated areas, but it goes away in a few hours. This is one of those few treatments were you see immediate results afterwards, & you generally don't need multiple sessions. My wife has been coming to Angela for 4 years because of the good results she provided and now this will be the last time. Very rude, unprofessional, and attempts to play victim. My wife made an appointment for 2/13/2023 with Angela for 2pm. She arrived just before 2pm, the appointment confirmation stated a deep pore cleansing treatment( which on their website lists $125 for 75 minutes) , however since my wife is breastfeeding, my wife stated she wanted to do a custom facial which on their website states the price of $110 for 60 minutes. Angela confirmed to do a custom facial. She conducting her work. At the end of her work which ended 3pm, my wife asks how much should she pay, Angela states $125 PLUS TIP. First off the $125 is for 75 minutes of work for a deep pore cleansing treatment which is what we changed at the beginning of the appointment to a custom facial which is $110 for 60minutes of work. When my wife said is a tip required ? Angela's response was "well when you go to a restaurant don't you leave a tip?" (A tip is not a requirement in any industry this is a highly unprofessional business practice and per her reviews this isn't the first time she has asked for a tip!) My wife then said for you saying that I don't want to leave a tip. Angela's response is ok well then if you don't want to leave a tip the price now is $150! (Trying to state doing the nose on a facial is separate and she did more work,which is not true). For the fact of her asking let alone demanding for a tip is rude and unprofessional let alone the years of my wife coming to Angela which before would do more work and take less money now is doing less work and trying to take more money. My wife left the $150 and left stating services were not satisfied. After my wife left, 10 to 15 minutes later calls my wife's sister because she did not have my number, informed her the situation and said she charged my wife $150 for every little thing Angela did because my wife didn't want to leave a tip. It's not about the money it's about her poor personality and unprofessional attitude and behavior of handling the situation. Sorry but not sorry Angela I know you will respond here trying to make the customer look wrong but you handled this poorly and you have forever lost our business.. read more

Her car to details and her way of working is fast and sufficient! I recommend her to all my girlfriends and her facials are TO DIE FOR! Angela is absolutely to die for. I am huge on everything skin, hair, nails, etc. I love pampering yourself and getting a facial is my favorite. Usually, I would get a facial and my skin would break out. Angela gave me the most incredible facial I have EVER had. She was so sweet, and gentle. I am almost 8 months pregnant and was so relaxed. She took her time, explained all of the products, and made sure I only received products that were pregnancy safe. This is a splurge that is necessary, especially with someone this much experience and knowledge about skin. Just had my second facial with Angela and, man oh man, she is amazing. First of all, the facial beds they have are so damn comfortable that a reason why I come here is because of how comfortable everything is. Angela is the sweetest woman who loves to share her knowledge with you about ingredients and their benefits, and is super informative. She somehow always puts me to sleep during my facials, they're THAT relaxing. They use amazing products and she does thorough extractions. A lot of estheticians will quickly skim through the extractions but she does a great job (even though extractions can hurt a bit...she does it well). Once I saw the reviews I decided to book an appointment. The woman I got was very professional and caring. She asked me some questions before doing anything, and took precaution to my sensitive skin. The day after, my skin had scabbed over and I'll be honest, I freaked out. But, not even a day later, the scabs fell off and healed SO magically, and I haven't had acne since. Today I had my first facial at this establishment with Yulia. The place was very clean and relaxing throughout and Yulia was super sweet. We did the "botinal" facial which is a series of different treatments and products/vitamins that help with anti-aging and gives such a rich plump glow! If I could give Angela a million stars, I would I have been to countless estheticians ranging from $100 per facial to $1,400 per facials and they all don't even compare to Angela! She is a miracle worker and her work proves those results time and time again. Every time I get breakouts, I go to Angela for 1 or 2 sessions and it's cleared. She is SOOOO thorough with her extractions and makes sure she gets EVERYTHING out. I've never had such a clean facial before where all of my pores were cleaned out. She's currently renting a room in a nail spa that is absolutely beautiful and super clean, but she's moving to her own location in a couple weeks! Very affordable pricing and NEVER tries to up sell you on products or treatments. I do use all of her product recommendations and they are amazing and very affordable. The most expensive product I got from her was $50 and the most affordable ranging in the $20s. She's honest about her work and always tries to accommodate your schedule! I've been with Angela for over a year now and my skin has had its ups and downs due to hormonal challenges on my end, but she always keeps it in check when I see her. I love to visit her every week if my schedule permits, if not at least once or twice a month. My favorite facial is the Green Peel Facial - it works wonders on your skin! Where do I begin! I initially went to this place because of the great reviews. I thought for sure I'd have a similar experience; however that was not the case. First off, the place was disgustingly dirty. I mean, god awful. Secondly, you'd think the person (Angela) running this place would have some sort of knowledge about the industry but nope. Thirdly and most importantly, the service she provided was HORRENDOUS! I've never met anyone so rude and entitled in my entire life.
