I just would like to say that I was excited to try this restaurant. On March 27, 2021 I went to the Lincoln Park restaurant and ordered two sliders and the meat was raw. I went back to the restaurant and I was told that they would prepare me another meal . I declined as I could see if the meat had been a little red but my cheeseburgers sliders were raw. When I asked for my money back as I paid with my credit card I was told I had to contact corporate for a refund. Placed an order online before I got here, checked in, paid, and sat down RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WORKERS. About 10 minutes went by and I asked for a refund because I started seeing people order after me and get their food first , and she literally walked to my food and gave it to me. I would give 0 stars as this place is garbage. The food is mediocre and that's only if they make it right to begin with. The customer service is lacking and very unprofessional and the management team must've just been hired off the street. They mess your order up when it was rang put in correctly then try to tell you it was your fault. They re made my food wrong a 2nd time and this was the manager them refused to either refund my money or make it correctly. The GM was a complete joke the next day as well and had to call corporate to get my refund and to say the least, even the vp was a joke. I highly recommend never eat here. The Customer Service in Fraser is absolutely atrocious. I can see why there is a help wanted sign when you have employees like the ones in Fraser. Even the night manager is clown. I couldn't tell you how the food was. I never even had a chance to order. The staff was lazy, the manager did nothing but cover. I felt very unwelcome, like I was a bother for ordering my family food. I was told I MUST use a credit card for a pick up cash order. I offered to use it to hold the meal and I'd pay cash when I arrived. The chick who answered the phone wasn't having ANYTHING to do with work and she says she can't do that. Of course I ask why not? Then she hangs up on me. OF COURSE I called right back.... same chick. I ask her why she hung up on me... she literally drops the phone. The manager picks it up and although she tried to cover for her poor excise of an employee, I wasn't having any of it. I was so triggered I actually cussed them out. I wish I woulda been able to try the food. To bad actually taking an order got in the way. Will NEVER spend a dime in this building. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. First off, the place is a COMPLETE rip off. Sat waiting for 30 minutes for our order. $37 for 12 sliders & 1 onion ring. They have classic siders with everything on them. We got them with NOTHING on them except cheese (the whole tiny piece they put on there), PICKLES (which come on them to begin with) & grilled onions. Simple right?! Apparently not for them. Got home & 12 burgers have nothing on them except for a microscopic piece of cheese & a few shreds of onion. Not a pickle in site. Call them up & they REFUSE to remake them over a PICKLE. Um, excuse me?! We just saved you how much money for NOT having you put on the tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, onion & JUST wanting pickles & grilled onion? And you are REFUSING to do anything after YOU messing up a SIMPLE order?!? Then had the nerve to offer us 20% off our next meal there. $37 freaking dollars for this BS.
