Firstly, I must say the staff is excellent. From front to back, super friendly and helpful. That being said, the food is sub par. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin which was good, but the side salad was inedible. The lettuce was brown, wilted and limp. Just awful. After my food arrived I ordered a side of broccoli since I didn't eat my salad. I was pretty surprised that it came brown and rubbery, not bright green and fresh. Definitely passed its prime and should never have been served. Eating out is incredibly expensive and being served this food at premium prices is terrible. Probably won't go back. read more

I'm happy to report that Texas Roadhouse has returned to their incredibly high standards. The food has been hot and prepared perfectly nearly every time. Issues are addressed quickly and courteously. And, all this is despite the near constant rush of customers. It's hard to beat $14.99 for a perfectly prepared 6 ounce sirloin (or $17.99 for an 8 ounce steak) with any 2 sides included. The one and only tip I'd give is to ask for dressing on the side with your salads. During a rush, they seem to prep the salads in advance, resulting in soggy lettuce. Not a good experience this time. The waitress messed up my order. Gave me mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato. I had to ask for butter for it which I thought was odd. My mother got the sirloin and the taste was off. Like it was soaked with gas from the grill. No real expiration was given. I ordered the shrimp side kick with my meal. It has always given with the grilled bread and melted butter. Not sure why I had to ask for it when clearly it's in the picture that comes with it. My wife had the smothered chicken was very tasty, l had the 1/2 slab ribs, it was fall off the bone, they need more barbecue sauce, l did ask for extra barbecue. , also the sweet potato was delicious. I showed up at 4:30pm on Veterans Day, a little over 6 miles from my house. My hostess led me to my booth, following a couple disabled veterans as they made their way to a table. One had a walker and they took 4 or 5 minutes to jockey their way around. Finally seated, my waitress came by and I told her I was a veteran. She asked if I had a voucher, which I did not. Apparently I had to drive there and request a voucher between noon and 3pm to get the voucher, then come back later to enjoy a free meal. She asked to see my military ID and said she would check to see if they had anymore vouchers available. When she returned, she said the best they could do was 20% off my meal, and they only offered full price items, not lunch menu prices. I declined and left. No sale. As I was walking past the disabled veteran, I heard his waitress ask if he had a voucher, and he also wondered about the voucher system. Apparently they had met their quota for serving veterans this year. I went to the White Castle down the street and got a free meal, valued at just under $10. No quotas at White Castle. read more

I normally dont make a stink but this but it upset me. Im pretty forgiving. We go almost every week, the last 3 times they have forgotten to smother my steak which i forgive very well but this last time, 8:45 PM they forgot to smother my steak and when i asked for extra rolls to split between my friend and i to go home, she gave a pissed look at us. And then gave us the bag, we get home, and open it up and it consisted of 2 burnt rolls and 1 was severely undercooked, when you pulled it apart it was STRAIGHT DOUGH strings and all. I want to start off with Texas is our spot& we love it. Today we ordered my 2 year old grilled chicken she dug into it right away so we thought nothing of it to check it, wish I would have. As I was boxing it I was like to my fiancé wait this chicken is raw and sure enough he checked it and it was raw. I would highly recommend that the corporate manager does an evaluation of ethics even her own employees said terrible things about this women's ethics and character. My husband and I have been coming here for years. I will say, I always seem to have an issue finding hair in my salads. Other than that, the food is always great. I appreciate that the managers make their rounds to check in on each table. I always order the grilled BBQ chicken with onions on top and a sweet potato! All the servers are kind and do their best. I've been to this location a few times now! We went in last night and it was a pretty typical experience to what we normally get. The steaks are pretty good. They are cooked to your liking. I love the loaded baked potato. I've had baked potatoes at fancier steak restaurants but this one is so much better. It must be the coarse salt they use on the outside or something! And they're always cooked perfectly...never hard. The service is and was pretty good. They have really good sweet tea and the server kept the refills coming! My only slight blight with the place is that my daughter gets a steak from the kids menu and no matter the temp I order it, it's always dry. She prefers to eat mine, haha. If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse it has a western ambiance with western cowboy decor and they play country music. They give you a bag of salted roasted nuts and a bucket to put the shells in. Great prices, (especially the early dinner specials), clean, and really solid meal. This isn't a $$$$ steak, and you aren't paying for that. But, the sirloin was solid, cooked to perfection, and accompanied by a great selection of sides. I'm celiac and have a decent selection of which to safely choose. Hubby loves the rolls (they smell sooo good). The side veggies are fresh steamed veggies (not frozen). The seasoned baked potato is also cooked well. We both leave feeling very full and satisfied. Food is always served hot and delicious, host/waitstaff is welcoming and attentive, and fun, western environment is dim-lit but makes for an entertaining night out, especially for birthdays!! Their mobile app is a plus for avoiding long waits on busy nights and they have a great system that keeps the line moving quickly even during peak times. February 21 2025 Waited a hour for our food that never came Management just told us to leave. Just terrible we won't be back

My girlfriend and i visited there yesterday. He love the ceaser salads and bread very much and even order the bread as a carryout sometimes. Yesterday we had a waitress named Maddy. She was super friendly, attentive, fast and came around just the right amount of times. Even the manage came by and checked on us. I had a sirloin with a baked potato and my gf had steak bites and of course we both got ceasers. My steak was cooked perfectly and tender and so was my gfs food. Now I'll be honest, the last three times about two years ago I've ate inside this place it was awful. But this time it was great. Maybe new management or staff who knows. 2 dinners with bread and one root beer was under $40. That's a steal. My only issue was the size of the bread, they were like mini pieces and you just have to be consistent with your trademark product. We will be back read more

Been eating at Texas Roadhouse across country forever. This one's closest to home and last 3 order over 3-4 months always extremely screwed up. Medium well meat was black and blue aka singed and completely raw and cold in middle (on filet medallions which take 3 mins to cook medium). Last order was missing or messed up 1/2 items and manager didn't do anything despite having to waste an hour going back to get correct food. This location has went to shit unfortunately. Corporate decided to send a $15 coupon on almost $100 order only after complaining about shitty food, shitty service, dismissive management, proof of food being extremely unsafe, etc. I don't usually complain but done with this business and can't imagine I'm only one having issues lately. read more

I love going to restaurants when free bread is involved. I never had the opportunity to eat here before but we heard so much about the rolls. When we were seated, our waitress came right away with fresh bread rolls and asked us what we wanted to drink. The rolls came so fast, I was expecting to wait for them. We placed our order for food. Our food also came out in a fair amount of time because my husband ordered steak. Our waitress was super attentive and brought new rolls out and drinks right away. She was very friendly. We both enjoyed the dinner. All of the food was super fresh and cooked well. We had no issues at all throughout the meal. Customer service was great. Walked in and was checking out the steaks in the case and was told if I wanted to pick my own steak some had a free appetizers with it so I checked out a nice ribeye steak and we went and sat down. Decent food, but worst service I have had in a long time. Burger order was wrong, waitress blamed the kitchen. Stuff happens, normally not a big deal. Unfortunately it took them 27mins to remake it, the rest of my family was finished eating. Surprisingly the new burger arrived cold, and was missing lettuce. She brought me a bowl of lettuce to fix it myself. She was never rude or unfriendly, she just didn't seem to be very attentive. Our drinks were never refilled the entire meal, our glasses were empty. Again, food quality was good, I think we just had an off night. Nobody asked about our experience or made any effort to apologize so I didn't ask. Rather than point out all of the issues I opted to simply tip accordingly. Instead of a $28 tip, they got $8.50. It had been awhile since we'd been to Texas Roadhouse, and we had a gift card, so we decided to stop for dinner tonight. It took awhile to get a seat, even on a Wednesday night. We were finally seated, and got our rolls, which thankfully were still good. Hubby ordered Rattlesnake bites as an appetizer, they were OK. Could have been a bit crisper. I ordered Chicken Critters...they were kind of meh. They used to be nice and crispy, these were just kind of limp. The house salad was OK. Hubby ordered Chicken fried steak, and he said the steak was also a bit limp and the gravy wasn't as good as it used to be. Both dishes may have sat under the warmer for a bit before they made it to our table. Not sure, but overall, the food just doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. This is the first time in a long time I've been here obviously something has changed it's never been this bad... steak came out raw sent it back very nicely, then it took about 20 minutes to get it back. By that time I didn't even want it... shrimp was cold, my waitress was to busy having conversations with her boyfriend at a table nearby too get my refill. The place is always busy and a great atmosphere with country music playing. I ordered the salmon and it was very good, and a 22 once beer which was served in a frosty mug and it was very cold. We were seated immediately even though the place was packed. We were served biscuits with cinnamon butter. Would rather have regular butter but I wasn't there for bread. Our waiter, Alec was very attentive and took our drink order immediately. The food was delicious. Our steaks were perfectly cooked to our specifications. I wasn't crazy about the green beans because they didn't specify on the menu that they were mixed with bacon bits but my boyfriend thought they were good. My potatoes were hot and quite good. My boyfriend's potatoes were cold but still edible. His broccoli was cooked perfectly crisp tender. We had no room in our tummies for dessert. Maybe next time! I went back here a couple of days ago and the food was better a lot better, I had some fried chicken which was pretty good but the chicken was shaped like a heart I don't know if the chef was hitting on me or not, the mash potatoes are the best thing here to eat there so good and delicious. Worst experience ever My wife and I took 5 clients for dinner at 4pm on Saturday, March 22, 2025. First, they brought my wife and I 2 prime ribs when we ordered 2 12oz ribeyes, both medium rare. We sent them back since they were wrong and waited over 30 minutes for the correct steaks. After 20 minutes of waiting, the manager, Rebecca, came by saying that it should be soon and gave a weak apology. I expressed my concern and she reacted extremely unprofessional, trying to stoke the fire of our understandable frustration. Meanwhile, everyone else was finished eating when the 2 ribeyes finally arrived. Rebecca brought them, but didn't even wait to see if they were cooked properly. Mine ended up medium-well which wasn't correct. She said they'd remove the dinners from the bill, so I just stomached what was before me instead of waiting another 40 minutes for a properly cooked steak. Then, Rebecca leaves everything on Alexa's shoulders (the server) instead of addressing things herself. We get the bill and they removed one steak and wanted me to pay the rest. I expressed my frustration once again to a different manager, Alexis, that brought a new bill that subtracted one ribeye and the appetizer (onion). I told her that we were told by Rebecca that the 2 dinners were going to be comped, but instead they removed the appetizer since it was the cheapest item other than a ribeye. I then said that if this was the case, I would have sent my ribeye back since it was over cooked. Alexis told me that she could get me another ribeye that I could take home, but couldn't remove the second one from the bill. What gets me is this, what is the difference between subtracting the other ribeye than to give me an entire steak to take home? Management is highly inept at this location, and it is going to be a great while before I step foot in another Texas Roadhouse. This was most frustrating and embarrassing considering that I was there with others for business. 2.5 hours wasted, mediocre food, and two managers that have no right being one. They continued to dump it on the server (Alexa) who was not at fault. The manager, either one, should have immediately taken the original plates to the kitchen and ordered the proper ribeyes for a priority cook. Instead, we waited nearly 40 minutes longer for the correct but incorrectly cooked steaks. The only positive was that the onion was good, and the server, Alexa, was exceptional (especially for how both managers failed to do their jobs and tried to put everything on Alexa). My entire drive home, and even now, I'm still upset. Especially with the attitudes of both managers. They do not deserve to be in customer service, especially with their rude behavior (rolling eyes, sighs, and acting like we were trying to complain simply for a few meal. This location has tablets at the table that you pay there which is a time saver for both customer and wait staff. We were able to get a table quickly. The wait staff was friendly and quick. You gotta love the rolls with cinnamon butter - thats one thing thats consistently good. I ordered a lemonade and tater skins. My friend also enjoyed their food. This was the first time I had been to a Texas Roadhouse and it was a fun atmosphere but loud. We enjoyed Yeehawing with all the birthdays, there was upwards of 10 while we dined.
