My friend and I meet up every so often to chat and enjoy lunch. She suggested coming here because she had a gift card to burn and I've never eaten at this location. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I've ever eaten at a Longhorn Steakhouse for that matter. We were seated immediately during lunch hour on a Saturday. Not terribly busy and the place is clean and well kept. I like that they have lunch specials on Saturday! I went with the burger with French Onion soup. Yes, hot soup even in the middle of July when it's hot outside. We got complimentary bread and butter which was great, and went through two loaves while waiting for our soup and my friends salad. You have to use your huge steak knife on the butter which was kind of annoying, but that's okay. My soup was good, but the burger was very salty tasting. I couldn't finish it but didn't want to speak up. It wasn't bad, just salty to the point that I got through about half of it. It kind of made me wish I'd gotten the chicken instead. The food here is tasty but the service can be a little spotty. Our service this night was pretty slow and our server mixed up our sides, so it made it a bit troublesome to switch back. I would recommend takeout over dine in just because the service can be quite inconsistent. Another complaint, is how tight the seating is. We were stuck in a booth but seated very close to a big table. This made it very difficult to navigate in/out and for us to get service to our table. LongHorn Steakhouse Ate here for dinner. First time at this location. My 3rd time at Longhorn. Great service and food. Perfect steak. I had "The Longhorn Porterhouse" steak again. Excellent. My wife had the Baby Back Ribs. The ribs were excellent. Not fall off the bone, but close. Well seasoned. Better than some places I've been too. It has dawned on me that they constantly cook their steaks perfectly. Being my 3rd time eating at Longhorn, I can attest that the cooks have the cooking method down to a science. Cheers to Longhorn on being able to train and keep those good cooks. I know it's not easy during these bad times, but Longhorn does a good job. I will continue to visit Longhorn for their perfect steaks which are cooked very consistently. If you go anywhere else, good luck on getting a good cooked steak. You pay a lot, it better be perfect. Longhorn is one of my favorite steakhouses because the food is affordable and there is always great service. There is always a great atmosphere when you walk in as well. My favorite part about eating here is the free bread that comes out with a side of butter. If you have an amazinf waitress, you can always ask for the cinnamon sugar butter. We always get a great waitress or waiter at this location. They all seem to have a lot of experience. The steaks come with two sides. They usually come with a salad as one of the sides but you can ask for something else instead. You can pay additional for a signature side. I believe it is $2.79 more. I usually ordered chicken tenders and that comes with two sides as well. I really love the lava cake dessert. The cake is massive and has some kind of chocolate syrup inside. They always give a generous scoop of ice cream too. We love this location a lot! read more

Part of this is a personal preference issue. It was loud. Lots of screaming children. So if you think you're going out to get a steak dinner that adults enjoy, maybe not here. I order the tall pour Margarita, my husband had a Bacardi and Coke. I enjoyed the Margarita came with the empty glass and he filled it with the Shaker and left the rest of the Shaker for me to refill as I needed. So my glass and I was able to enjoy at my leisure. I ordered the New York strip broccoli and sweet potato. My husband ordered the ribeye unloaded baked potato. Mine came out medium, rare and perfect. His was overcooked unfortunately. He didn't report it. That's not what he does. He ate the whole thing plus half of mine. My sweet potato was good on the inside of the outside was burnt so I was only able to eat a small portion of it. He loved his baked potato. Overall $120 with tip. Do Not eat here!!!! I got food poisoning from their salmon and shrimp. I called them and the manager basically gas lit me trying to tell me we served a lot of that yesterday and nobody has called with the same symptoms and also that you can't get food poisoning after a day or two. Which I explained to her that everybody is different and experience things differently. You definitely can get food poisoning after a day or two. She proceeds to tell me that theirs nothing they can do unless more people call and say they have food poisoning as well, so your basically telling me fuck you because your only one person well ok then fuck you and you just lost a customer. read more

The food here is great! My husband and I love their wings! You have to try them! The sauce comes on the side and they're nice and crispy! So much flavor before even dipping them! The service from the wait staff is generally great. There's a lot of western decor on the walls and they play country music. The absolute worst part of this location is the hostess. Good steakhouse near my hotel. It was only me for dinner on a Thursday night and I got seated right away. The restaurant was full. My waiter was very attentive and made suggestions when I ordered. I took his suggestion for the Outlaw Ribeye and it didn't disappoint. I ordered medium rare and it was delicious! I also got a salad, broccoli as my side and a loaf of warm bread with it. I don't leave a lot of reviews but this restaurant needs to know our experience last night. I made a reservation on line, 25 to 30 wait it says but when I checked in 30 minutes later, there was 6 parties ahead of us still. So I told both hosts that we will wait the bar and get a drink. No calls or text while I watch a number of parties disappeared from the waiting area. Later on after dinner, 1.5 to 2 hours later the texts came through soon after we left. They were also out of steaks, only sirloins. My girlfriend's Flo's sirloin was so salty, she thought they seasoned it twice. My sirloin was almost inedible. It was bland and chewy, my knife couldn't cut through some of the fibers. This place was my family's go to for steaks but last night was a big miss. I would be embarrassed to serve the sirloins they presented to us. The shrimp skewers saved my meal so I didn't walk out. Please work on your QC and on line reservation system. The host shouldn't have to explain to customers that it's an on going issue. It will be a while before I try this restaurant again. read more

We went on a Saturday night had some gift cards from Christmas. Place was pretty busy but only a 20 minute wait which wasn't bad. The downfalls was I had to clean my own table off, you can tell they just quickly got it ready so there were still crumbs present, which is my reasoning for the four stars. Longhorn is probably one of the most consistent restaurants I've been too. This was my first time eating at this location and it was an online, curbside pickup order. We waited for what seemed like forever for them to bring the order out once we checked in. However, the food was worth the wait. We had the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip, Spicy Chicken Bites and Parmesan Crusted Chicken entree. Everything was yummy! The crispy flatbread chips that came with the spinach dip were amazing! We went for a early dinner tonight at Longhorn steakhouse. We got our table in about 15 minutes. Our waiter came over to the table and introduced himself. His name is Tony. We ordered a couple drinks looked at the menu and ordered dinner. Our dinners came out quickly. They were delicious. Everything was hot. Our waiter came by again to make sure that our steaks were done to our liking and then about a third time after that just to say hello and make sure everything was going OK for us. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would've put him at a 10 he was that good Very polite, very pleasant, I definitely would ask for him again. Typically we stay away from the chain restaurants, however my wife and I have been craving a good steak, and good steakhouses are really lacking in this area. We have gone to Texas Roadhouse and are not fans of their low quality meat so figured we would give longhorn a shot. Honestly, we liked the food. My wife got a medium-rare sirloin and I got a rare ribeye. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. Seasoning was perfect on my ribeye, it was a little lacking on my wife's sirloin. The baked potatoes were, well baked potatoes, I mean if you mess those up your shouldn't be in the food industry at all. We also got their mushroom caps as an appetizer, they were actually pretty good. What sucked for us were 2 things. First off, there were a bunch of fruit flys around our booth which made it an annoying evening. Secondly, our server sucked. He wasn't new by any means, you could tell he had been doing his job for a while, he just didn't care. They were not too busy. For a Saturday night they were maybe half full and yet he only had 2 tables. He checked on us a lot, like excessive a lot, he would drop of salads and then literally 20 seconds later ask how they were. Didn't space out our entrees and brought out our steaks about 3 minutes after delivering our salads to us. Dropped off the bill when we were only half way down with our steaks. At first we thought he had been cut and wanted to get out, but then they seated him another table. So I wouldn't return to this longhorn, unfortunately considering it is so hard to get a well cooked steak, but I will try a different one. There is one opening in Chesterfield so I think I may try that one when they open. read more

Fell right off the bone and the meat was just right. Gosh, we've driven past here so many times, but finally had the opportunity to give it a try and it was a good choice to do so. We came here early on a Saturday for lunch. They weren't busy yet, so we were seated promptly and our friendly server, Wendy was at our table in a matter of a couple of minutes. We both went with a lunch combo. I chose the Mushroom Swiss Burger and French Onion Soup. The burger was perfectly cooked to my specifications and was full of flavor. Even the mushrooms were good (not the mushy kind). It was layered with greens and topped with Swiss cheese on a delicious tasting bun. The bowl (not cup) of soup was cheesy with lots of onions. The little side cup of potato chips with the bacon bits and cheese sauce that they served with the burger was awesome. I could eat a whole plate of those alone. I had a delicious glass of Cherry Lemonade which hit the spot. My hubby ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Shrimp and Lobster Chowder and he said his food was tasty as well, although he thought the soup had a bit of a spicy kick to it. The serving sizes were generous and we ended up taking home our leftovers. Wendy was an awesome server and if she's working the next time we go, I'll definitely ask to be seated in her section. She was very attentive and on top of her game. It's always nice when your server knows how to do their job well. She was at our table with drink refills before we had to ask, and that's always appreciated. She also brought the leftover containers to our table before we had to ask.
